Happy Ending?

After a few months the whole Mateo organization had a funeral for those who were lost. During the events, no one had time to grieve trying to save Neron and keep the rest of the family safe. It was a time for everyone and it took almost a year for everyone to get better.

Two years later after no more insane problems, finishing the korean branch, the twins second birthday and Suzy & Kate's eighteen bash it was time for the big Mateo and Jones wedding. Everyone was running around like crazy, James promised Kimberly a fairy tale wedding even after a month of protest she just let him do whatever he wanted. Sitting in his home office James was on the phone with the wedding planner, Kimberly knocks on the door and enters. Long ago she would wait for him to answer her before just walking in, now even when he's in meetings she just bursts in. "Ok, thank you, call me if anything" "Hello husband, I brought you a drink thought you might need it" "all I need is you my love". Passing him the drink James pats his lap, Kimberly giggles even though she would  have protested sitting on his lap she has changed, and James sees this. "You have become more comfortable with me huh?" shaking her head Kimberly grabs James's face "why wouldn't I be, you planted three babies in me". With a hearty laugh James kisses her "I sure did" with a smirk on his face his eyes darken with lust "want me to plant some more?". "And with that I'm out of here" with a pout on his face James leans back in his chair "aww come on babe" "no!". Standing at the door Kimberly turns to look at James "you're not touching this until the wedding night" "what!?" with a smile she blows him a kiss and leaves the room closing the door behind her. "That woman sure can be mean and a tease, I miss my shy little assistant".

Kimberly walks into the living room of the new home, James had the whole mansion remodeled because no one could stay asleep because of the memories the house held. It was too traumatizing for everyone, even James knowing two of his loved ones are never going to be seen again. Suzy and Kate were sitting down playing dress up with Maria like she was a doll while Neron was sitting with Kenneth. "Ok little bwrother we are going to be the warriors and protect the family ok?" Kimberly was smiling enjoying the view, but someone was missing "um girls where is Jay?". Shrugging her shoulders Kate tells her she doesn't know "Suzy have you seen him?" with a sigh Suzy shakes her head "I haven't seen him in a week and a half". Looking up at her mom Kimberly sees a little sadness in her eyes "I think he's avoiding me, don't even ask why". No one notices James walking in so he clears his throat "I know where he is don't worry" confused Suzy looks up at her father. "What do you mean don't worry?" laughing James wraps an arm around his fiance "he made a promise to me, he's a healthy young man". With wide eyes Suzy looks at her father, to her mother and friend, bursting out laughing Kate rolls on the floor. Throwing a pillow at her dad Suzy starts to blush "papa you idiot!" with tears in her eyes Kate pats her friend on her shoulder. "OMG that's why he was acting that way during the bash" sitting on the couch Kimberly asks "how was he acting?" it took a while for Kate to calm herself down. With a deep breath Kate wiped her tears "ok so while we were in the limo for that whole hour, everyone was having a great time singing eating and drinking just going crazy". Kate sits on the couch "I looked over to big bro and he looked mad but he told me he wasn't, he just kept looking at Suzy like I don't know what". It took Kimberly a minute to get it, when she did it was her turn to throw a pillow at James "what, I was just being honest that's the best way to be" looking at Suzy, her and Kimberly share a look. Suzy and Kimberly both start hitting Kate and James with a pillow, sitting between Kenneth and Maria Neron shakes his head "adults are weird". Patting them on the shoulder Neron smiles "don't become crazy ok" the twins look at their big brother and laugh.

After a long run Jay finally walks into the house, hearing all the commotion coming from the living area he gets curious and walks in that direction. Wide eyed Jay chuckles at the scene, well more at his so-called scary boss laughing with a lot of feathers in his hair. "It is nice to see you jay" "wow boss, you noticed me here?" "I don't have the position I have without a certain set of skills". Chuckling Jay looks at everyone shaking his head, finally his eyes land on Suzy and he gives her a little smile. Looking down Suzy places the pillow down on the floor and runs to her room, Kate starts to go after her but Jay stops her. "Let me talk to her" squinting her eyes Kate leans into her brother "that's all you better do" nodding his head Jay makes his way up stairs. Reaching Suzy's room he knocks, knowing who's at the door Suzy tells him to go away, chuckling Jay ignores her and enters her room. "Didn't I tell you to go away?" "what if I don't want to?" turning around Suzy glares at him "well then I hope you're ready to get your ass kicked". Jay sighs "I'm sorry, Suzy I'm truly sorry I didn't mean to avoid you I just" Jay scratches his head trying to explain himself, Suzy smiles and walks up to Jay cupping his face. "You're so cute you know that?" "what do you mean?" taking his hand she leads him to the couch "I know why you were avoiding me". Shocked Jay moves away from Suzy "look babe I didn't I mean I don't ever want to ever pressure you into anything" kissing her silly boyfriend Suzy laughs. "I'm still mad at you but, i'm also happy" confused Jay looks at her with arched brows "happy for what". Leaning back on the couch placing both arms behind it Suzy smirks "I'm happy you want me as a woman and that just means I'm one hot piece of something right?". Rolling his eyes Jay shakes his head, getting up Jay gets ready to leave "oh my god your so weird" "but you love this weirdo". Smiling Jay walks back over to Suzy kissing her not letting her breath "yeah I do love this weirdo, so much".
