I sat by my usual study spot on Wednesday afternoon with my best friend. I remember it was maths we were trying to practice. He sat opposite us, with his best friend. I don't remember how the conversation started but he mentioned he was rewriting maths and passed all the other modules the previous year. My brain skipped a synapse, I took his phone from his hand and put in my number. I made him promise to send me past papers. A brief moment and we parted ways. Before I knew it, I was waiting in my room for him to pick me up for a date. He was late. My best friend came over and I undressed and chilled with her. "Men... How can he make prepare for nothing." A few minutes later, he called me to tell me he was outside. As an apology he brought me a box of dark chocolates-my favourites, how could I not forgive him when he remembered the little details about me? We had burritos and spoke about our families, background, school, friendship, relationships and inheritance(Yeah, I know that is a weird one). He listened attentively, He took me back home, he hugged me and-
