What should people do when life takes away the ones they love? Run with what strength remains until they find them or give up and wander aimlessly to the end?

Lorcan would have run to find Stefan, however he too went away to heal the internal wounds left by the battle. His father was out of the discussion, that man only had time to work; maybe if he and Miles used the blame card they could convince him to help them in the search, but he couldn't wait for more than that.

He was more lost than ever, the only thing that kept him fighting was the hope of reuniting with Agatha and the support of his friends and brother.  The young man refused to be a burden to the Protectors, which added more weight to his bag of problems, he needed to find Agatha and he should do it without leaving behind his responsibilities.

No matter what others thought of him, it was the safety of his loved ones that Lorcan was concerned about. The real pressure was created by himself by filling his head with unfavorable scenarios, the more he thought the worse it became, so he decided to take action to not think.

He went in search of those he trusted could guide him: Gellert and Momotaro. The best place to find them was the leader's office. A part of him feared seeing memories of Stefan in the room his mentor frequented most before relinquishing his position, yet he pressed on, no good to come if he didn't face his fears.

Just as he imagined the office remained as Stefan had left it, the same pristine white walls and the windows had the same light blue curtains. They didn't even take out the photo of the first members of the resistance that the former leader put on the desk. It's like no one wants Stefan's essence to disappear for fear of losing him forever.

The young man was so focused on the past that he didn't see the two people present in the room. Such was his concentration that he was startled when he heard one of them.

"What's wrong? A zombie seems more alive than you," Momotaro asked. He walked over to the newcomer and patted him on the shoulder.

Lorcan looked the person who had just spoken to him in the eye; five seconds later he shifted his gaze to Gellert, who remained behind the desk.

Someone else was in the room. Under the window, lying on a small cushion, was Titan. The dog opened one of its eyes at the noise, looked at Lorcan, and then closed them again, going back to sleep.

"Do you have a minute? There's something I need help with," he said.

The new leader raised an eyebrow but didn't question his friend's words. He moved to the right to let him pass, motioning to the empty chair by the window.

"Make yourself comfortable," he invited the youngest. "I got some time, I bet Gellert can stay a little longer as well."

"I can stay all you want," confirmed the firefighter, taking a seat behind the desk. "Well, I have to have dinner with Bertram, even so you have several hours before that."

"So, What's the matter?" Asked Momotaro.

"Agatha is missing, she was probably kidnapped," explained Lorcan. "Two days ago, while helping to clean up the square, I sensed that she was in danger, so I went looking for her with Miles. Suddenly I stopped feeling his presence. When we arrived at the place, she was gone, we only found her bracelet."

"Did you find any relevant information in these two days?"  Momotaro leaned against the window. "Judging by your defeated expression and the fact that you came to ask us for help, I guess you didn't find anything."

"Demir checked the security cameras and we asked the people who work in the area, but there was no sign of Agatha. I asked Flora to help me, she is looking for information right now. My father is the next option but I'd rather not have to ask him for any favors."
