This AU doesn't belong to me, but the creator only made a small concept for four characters, so I thought it would be fun to show my headcanons for the AU.
Monster! Zero Gravity is an AU made by Tanosan on Tumblr where she combined Monster Falls with her original AU (and my number one favourite) Zero Gravity.

What is canon:
Bill and Will found (or stole) the journal and the pirate twins travel the seven seas to get it back and protect them from the two troublemakers. I forgot what Bill is but I know that Will is either a siren or a merman.
My headcanons:
Dipper and Mabel: Their parents and grandparents died on a cruise accident. Even with the fear of going back to the sea, they have no choice but to stay with their great uncles Stan and Ford, who raise them as good pirates that don't steal from people, but collect ancient treasures, explore and protect the seven seas. They don't hate the Ciphers, and even if they try to get the journal back, the four actually get along.
Bill and Will: Their parents were hunted down (good for them, actually) and now they live alone. Bill found the journal and now leads him and his brother into adventures. They soon land in an area named Gravity Falls, where they meet a pair of monster twins (the Fight Pines) and befriends them (even fall in love with them — I'm a Mawill (Fight! Mabel x Zero! Will) and Billdip (Zero! Bill x Fight! Dipper) shipper).
Will is a siren, so his songs can lure people into the water — since it's where he stays most of the time if he doesn't want to die. He can't control his voice, so he refuses to sing with people around. Bill, for some reason, is one of the only two people Will knows that is immune to his singing. Mermaids are lured by sirens, so if he sang around Mabel, she would be hyptnotised too.
Gideon: He's half human (in ZG he was half guardian and half human, so here he's half human, half monster). He wants to travel to the seas and even tried convincing Mabel and Dipper to let him join them in adventures, but due to him being only thirteen years old, he's denied that adventure for being too young. Still, people in town liked him (and he had a secret monster luring that helped) and gathered with him to adventure themselves on the seas. Gideon's crew hears Will singing, and so does he, luckily he manages to stop his crew from falling. He's the other person immune to siren songs.
Pacifica: A cocky and jerky princess. She used to mock the pirates and the Ciphers, but after getting into an unwanted arranged marriage, she has no choice but to ask their help to run away. She wouldn't get the throne even if she stayed because she was a woman, so nothing was holding her back.
Fiddleford: An old man that lives in a small island with his lighthouse and shop of antiques. He's the one the Pines look for when they want to know if a gem is real or fake, or how much it would cost if sold. Sometimes they just leave their stuff there for him to either keep it in his collection or sell it in his shop. Used to accompany Stan and Ford on their adventures on the seas, but now he stays at the lighthouse helping guide people through the seas and doing the other things I listed above.
Stan and Ford: Two retired twin pirate brothers that raised the twins Mabel and Dipper. They were the ones to teach them everything about navigation, and even taught them what seas to avoid, the creatures they'd have to deal on the way and of course, where the good stuff was hidden. Ford wrote the journals and left them across the sea for other explorers to find (he gave Dipper and Mabel the third one, and Gideon found the second) and continue what he couldn't in the past. Stan and Ford are resting on a shack in their hometown, Zero Gravity.
