It wasn't usual for Tambry Tender to be going to vacation on small towns.

The town of Gravity Falls wasn't very known to the public — which was weird to her already — but her father, Bud, insisted that she went, because apparently this was his hometown. She only gabe it a shot because she knew that small town had some waterfalls and pretty places to take pictures, but if it really depended on her, her next stop would be New York, and not a cheap town in Oregon. Sure, she came from a small town herself, all stars do, but Gravity Falls seemed to be more than just small. It seemed to be horrendous as well.

But nevermind that, the natural views would have to compensate. And at least, she could put in action her tent — which, thanks to how small this town was, would be easily successful.

Tambry pulled out her phone and took a picture of herself with a gloved hand on her bouffant, winking and throwing a kiss at the camera with the window showing the view outside. She had to wait for some good signal before she was able of posting that picture. That fact alone was already insufferable.

"How long until we actually get there?" Tambry asked.

"Just a few minutes!" Bud replied. "We already passed the Welcome sign, dear."

"I hope so." Tambry went back to her phone. "Good thing I have apps that don't need internet."

"But my dear, won't you rather talk to us?" Bud asked. "You know, this is my home."

"But not mine." Tambry reminded. "And even if it was mine, it's still not a big city anyways."

"I thought you wanted peace for your summer vacation?" Bud gave her a confused look.

"You know what kind of peace I meant." Tambry rolled her eyes, pouting as she stared back to her phone. Her eyes lit up. A signal! Finally!

"Regardless, dear, we hope you enjoy this trip." Lucy, Tambry's mother, said. "It's all about you, as always."

Tambry smiled, although still not looking up to her parents. "Good." she said, posting the picture and texting someone.

She didn't bother paying attention to the outside world until the trailer stopped in front of a house. When she peeked outside, she frowned with disgust. "Whose house is this? Grandma's?"

"No, dear, it's mine!" Bud said. "I bought it a few years ago and have been renting it while I was out — but now that I'm back, it's all for us!"

This has to be a big joke. "This house is so. . . Small, and ugly."

"Honey, don't be like that." Bud said. "It's the best we could get, and besides: this house has a pool, you'll have your own room—"

"That's, like, the basic." Tambry rolled her eyes as she said. "Ugh, fine." she hopped from her seat.

One of the security men that tagged along for her vacation quickly headed to the trailer's door, opening it for her. She smiled at him, holding onto the sides of her purple skirt and carefully stepping down with her black heels. She jumped and landed on the pavement, pulling out her phone and turning around for another picture, making another pose. She posted the picture with the phrase: "What a lovely house to stay for the summer! That's my family's, everyone."

Bud and Lucy followed her out of the trailer as well. Tambry sighed. "Let's just see what this house is all about, anyways." she went inside, and her parents followed her.

"I'm sure you'll enjoy it, dear." Bud said. "There's even some space for you to prepare your makeup and hair for the show! We know how much you need to take care of that."
