This is not an AU, just a little idea I had and discussed a bit with my twin.
What if we, the readers and creators of the AUs, were like entities or angels to the GF multiverse?
The people who watch and/or read are Watchers, we're like students learning more of the multiverse by watching Gravity Falls, Reverse Falls, and other timelines or AUs.
Meanwhile, there are the Assigned Angels (I couldn't figure out a good name, sorry), those are the writers, the timeline/AU creators, they're angels assigned to a certain universe (or maybe many of them) to record, take pictures, and write the events in order and publish them for the watchers. Watchers can become Assigned Angels. Unfinished AUs would mean the angel assigned to certain AU is either missing or dead, rarely there's a new Assigned Angel send to the universe left behind, so we stay with no information of it.
I thought this would be an interesting idea, what do you think?
