The sun. It's a giant ball of gas continuously burning in space. So huge, so bright, so destructive yet we depend on it more than we think. Its light gives us sight, it allows us to lurk beneath it to live. Even the moon doesn't shine so brightly without the help of the sun, we only call it moonlight because it seems the moon shines by itself. Reality wise, the sun is simply so bright the moon can't help but reflect it. Solar rays give plants life, plants give animals food, and these animals give us food. Hell, we even learned how to convert its rays into electricity, something we definitely rely on.

But, what if one day that sun decided to stop? It goes away, leaving this solar system to fend for itself. Our Earth, this beautiful Earth would shrivel up and die, taking us with it. Leaving us in a darkness that'll eventually kill us. We will go mad, our lives will become significant. Everything would go to shit, basically.

My sun, though, isn't that giant glowing ball in the sky, no. My sun, is my very precious older brother sitting across from me as we eat a burger from WcDonalds. "Hehe~" I tilt my head, a slight smirk on my lips due to his bright smile suddenly showing. "What?" I asked, taking a bite out of my nuggets, watching him reach over and ruffle my hair. I let him. Usually I'd smack his hand away but it's been too long since I've seen him. "My little brother is paying for my meal. I can't believe it's happening right now" he teased. Now I can smack his hand away, which I did. "You've taken me out to dinner countless times, the least I could do is buy your lunch while you're on break" My hand gently moves my brothers away from my head, a small pout on my lips.

"Your just adorable. Focus on school instead of working part-time behind mom's back" My eyes widened, how did he know? My brother smirks, lifting up his phone and showing my manager's text messages left for him. My mouth flew open. He turned his phone back to him, clearing his throat a few times before reading aloud. "Hello~ This is Sehyun's Manager from *** Gym, I'm contacting you to let you know that Sehyun is an amazing employee and would like you to come by and award him his first employee of the month certificate. By the way, this is one of your old classmates from **** Highschool! Do you remember me?" As if telling my brother to come and award me wasn't embarrassing enough, my manager just had to go and make it obvious she wanted to see him in general. Using me as an excuse.

"Popular as always, Hyung," I sighed, leaning back with crossed arms. But I wasn't mad about that. I was mad at my manager for using me to get to him. I always hated how these women or men would befriend me just to get into my brother's pants. It's also the result of my never ending doubt for the people around me, but why would that matter? I have a loving brother and mother who'd kill for me. How would I not be so happy? Plus, it's what helped me find my closest friends.
