Jimin's heat consisted of a lot of tears, whining, and sucking on Jk's scent glands. All of them which drove the Alpha a little insane. Not too mention the high-humping. But it seemed to be enough for Jimin so as difficult as it was for Jungkook, he'd endure anything to make his Omega happy. The thing that concerned him the most was how hot Jimin was. The Omega wouldn't let them leave the nest, Hobi has been bringing food and water for them.

"I'm worried Kook, I can tell how hot he is without touching him and it's freezing in here."

Jk sighed as he ran his hand up and down Jimin's sweaty back, he'd fallen into a fitful sleep about 15 minutes ago. "If I could get him into a cool bath I think it would help. But anytime I try to leave he cries and does an Omega call that makes me stay. I'm helpless against it Hobi."

The King scratched the back of his neck, "well I have an idea, but you aren't going to like it and he's certainly going to hate it."

"Well I need to bring his temp down, so at this point I'm willing to try anything."

"Okay, I'm going to need Tae's help. Are you okay with him coming in here?"

He still hasn't had a chance to apologize to Tae for his reaction. But he was protecting his vulnerable Omega. "Yeah, I'm not actually mad at him. But he needs to understand how things are when you are an Omega and an Alpha."

Hobi snorted a bit, "trust me, the brothers and Yoongi have been teaching him. He'll be on his best behavior."

"That's fine, so what's your idea?"

"Basically you get out of the nest and run into the bathroom before he can Omega you."

Kook snorted, "well we can at least try. I doubt it'll work, but we have to do something."

"Can I enter your den?"

They both looked up at the unusually quiet Beta that was standing at the door, his hands behind his back. It made Jk smile, his bestie was trying and that's all he could ask for. "Come on Tae, I need you to get into the nest and hold Minnie so I can sneak out. We have to get him in the bath to cool down."

"I can do that, are you sure it's okay to get into the nest?"

"Yes Tae, you have permission."

Tae climbed into the bed next to them and hissed quietly, "fuck he's hot, like I think I could cook an egg on him if I tried."

"I know, that's why it's critical that we get his temp down." Hobi walked a little closer, "alright do you think you can get out?"

Jk moved a bit trying to slide Jimin off of him, but that just caused the Omega to whine and grip harder to his Alpha. "He's not going to let go, this won't work."

"Time for drastic measures," Hobi looked at Tae, "he's going to roll out of the nest and run to the bathroom, you are going to grab Minnie and pull him towards you. He's going to fight and cry, but until Jk is in the bathtub do not let go." Then he turned to Kook, "give me five to get the tub ready and then make a run for it."

The Alpha's heart was racing, he knew that if he knotted Jimin his fever would go down. But not only did he not want their first time together to be during the haze of their cycles, but until Jimin tells him point blank without the Omega's interfearance that he wants that...His knot is going nowhere near Jimin. Hobi came back out and nodded, Jk looked at Tae, "on three?" Tae looked scared but agreed, "one, two, three," Jk rolled to the right and Tae pulled Jimin to the left.

Jk plugged his ears with his fingers as he took off towards the bathroom, Jimin was hysterical. He was fighting with Tae and calling out for his Alpha. "Minnie, we have to get your fever down. Do you want pups?"

Jk was smiling, why didn't he think of that? Tae was smart to use that to get through to both Jimin and his Omega. The Omega sniffled a bit, nodding his head. "I want Alpha's pups."

"Good that's good," Tae soothed as he rubbed his hands up and down Jimin's arms. "Well if you want to have pups we have to get your fever down. Your fever is really high and it's putting you in danger of never having pups. Do you understand me?"

Jimin nodded again, "want pups, help me."

"That's good Minnie. Kook is in the bathroom. I need you to go in there and sit in the cool water until your temp comes down. Can you do that for me, for your Alpha and future pups?"

Jimin nodded his head as he whipped the bedding off of him, he chirped before running completely naked into the bathroom, "Alpha," he yelled while making grabby hands, "help."

Jk chuckled as he reached out for his very naked and excited soulmate, "come on let's get you cooled down."

The Omega nodded his head quickly, "yes Alpha, want pups, get cooled please."

The Alpha smiled softly, "of course. Come on baby."

Jimin settled into the tub, purring softly as Jk poured water all over his body. The water was pretty cool, but Jimin was still so hot. But he kept at it, if this didn't work he was afraid of what he was going to have to do to save him. 

"Kook, I brought a cooling blanket and some cool rags for his forehead. They are ready for you as well as some ice chips and food for you guys."

"Thanks Tae, you've been amazingly helpful today."

Jk could hear some sniffling and it broke his heart a little, he might have his Minnie back but he wouldn't have survived all these years without Tae's loving presence. "I'm sorry I was so bad, the guys helped me. I want to learn and be better."

"I appreciate it and I know when he's back to himself he will too." He heard Tae whisper thank you before the door opened and then locked. "Twenty more minutes and then I'll get you out and feed you, okay?"

Jimin nodded his head, "yes Alpha," he whispered before nuzzling back into Jk.

After another twenty minutes Jimin had cooled a bit, but it still wasn't enough. "Come on Baby." He lifted him up and barely dried him off wanting to get him under the cooling blanket. "Here let's get some food in you."

He fed him little bites of fruit and cucumber sandwiches but Jimin was barely eating. He'd whine that he hurt, that he didn't feel well and it was breaking Jk's heart. "I know, I know. But I need you to eat three more bites. Can you do that for me?"

Jimin whined a little more and nodded his head, "just three bites, you promise?"

The Alpha deflated a bit, of course he was going to give him more than three bites. But he won't break a promise to his soulmate, he already did when he said he's protect him and then he lost him. He's not making that mistake again. "I promise, just three bites and two sips of water." He was afraid that Minnie was going to fight him about it since he didn't include the water but he just nodded his head and agreed.

He fed him three more bites and Jimin willingly took the two sips of water, "sleep now, please?"

"Yes Baby, you can sleep now."

"Cuddles?" he asked with his bottom lip in a pout and tears in his eyes. Like Jungkook would ever deny him cuddles. 

"Of course, come here." He opened his arms and Jimin hopped in them. The Omega was still naked and all Kook had on was a pair of basketball shorts. But the elder liked it that way anyway, so he laid them down with Jimin laying on his chest and sucking on his scent gland. He was glad that his friends hadn't really commented on the amount of marks he has on him since they aren't going away anytime soon.
