The SCP Foundation exists in the flareverse to help contain the anomalies that even the superhero community have trouble grasping with it's existence being known by Shield and by a few people on the extraterrestrial and magical sides. One of it's top names is Dr Buck, a serious woman who's dealt with many different creatures and has had some run ins with the superhero world like John Constantine and Martian Manhunter alongside her closest acquaintances like Lawrence and Dr. Collingwood. The SCP known as Cactus Man managed to get his way into the hero Association as a Class-B Hero when his name started to become known in the world.
