✨chapter 22✨

The next day after yesterday's event was a shocking one.

Y/n woke up at 7a.m. sharp and started heading to the training compound with her things.

Y/n's pov

Today Im heading towards the training compound that Alucard invited me too , I must say I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous but I'm actually nervous and also excited . I feel like I'll see some great stuff and good combat skills.

Giving it since Alucard is a well known demon hunter , he'll probably be down on a spar.  But that's not all I'm looking forward too , I'm looking forward to see Harith as well. That little cutie pie hehe.

I smiled to myself while walking there from my dorm.

After a few more steps I arrived at the garden yesterday that I saw a hectic event that happened.

I look around and saw no one , I decided to wait for them while I enjoy the garden . I feel at ease looking at the flowers that bloomed beautifully and colourful.

I stumbled upon a pile of roses beside the fountain that was decorated with lilies and sunflowers.

One rose caught my attention , it wasn't with the pile that I saw , it was alone but still mesmerizing to see.

I decided to go and see it up close , the rose was bloody red , the rose was ....
Unique.

"So that rose caught your attention as well?"I jumped a bit hearing a deep voice beside me.

I turned to my right and saw Granger.

Eh?

WTF-

3r person pov.

Y/n widen her eyes to see Granger beside her while he was looking at single rose.

Granger looks at her state and smirked.
He thought that the girl looked cute when she's jumpy.

"Wow not even a hello?"y/n said while looked pissed. The man just went silent for a while.

Y/n decided to leave the area but the man finally spoke.

"It's a special one."he said while not looking at her. She turned around and look at him , confused.

"I meants the rose , it's special cause his Majesty loves it. That why this rose isn't with the others."he said.

Y/n looked at it more and sense something weird around it. But she lets it slide .

It was silent for a while , but a comfortable one to say at least.

"do...do you like roses?"Granger asked while looking at her.
"Yea , I do." She said and was taken aback since she answered it so fast.

Granger smirked again .
"Well your bad luck I guess"he said.

Y/n was confused .

"Hello? What do mean by that?"she asked looking pissed.
"Just saying , if anything you look like someone who has bad luck in their lovelife. Talk about liking roses seems no one has ever given it to u huh?"Granger said while closing his eyes and hiding is laugh.

Y/n was so pissed by his comment and was about to say something but was cut off by Alucard arriving .

"Y/n!!!!glad your hereee!!!!"he screamed
Loud enough for her and Granger couldn't even cover their ears in time.

Yikes.

Granger groans while looking pissed at Alucard . Alucard doesn't seem to see that his fellow comrade is mad at him or he just ignores him.
