✨chapter 25✨

3rd person pov

"Oh me? I don't really have much in telling my stories." she said while looking down at her legs being stretch straight.

"Oh they all say that nowadays but then they would tell their stories like flowing water."Odette laughed at y/n.

Y/n looked at Odette , staring at her with eyes that she doesn't know herself.

Odette smiled and bring herself closer to y/n who was suprised of her actions.
Odette smiled and hold her hands , giving them a light massage.

"If you ever want to vent any problems that you think you can't keep to yourself , remember that I am here for you dear."she said while closing her eyes .

"We may be still stranger just by knowing our names but you are also a person with feelings , it's normal to say what makes us feel uneasy at some times and that's what makes us , us."

Y/n was deep in thought , thinking of how she would put it in words rather than actions.

"I..."she started.

"I miss someone."she said while looking at her hands. Her heart was suddenly becoming heavy.

"That someone is my father , he was a knight back then serving for the empire."

"He was kind , joyful , always helps me with anything that I don't understand , he...was a someone I could say odd as well."

Odette looked at her confused.

Y/n smiled.

"Odd as in very mysterious and also very energetic , he would always wake up early at 6:30 in the morning , make himself some hot tea while sitting outside of our home , enjoying the morning view that was covered by trees ."

"Then he would suddenly stretch and run around the house at 7."

Odette chuckles.

"Then after that he would go take a shower and woke me up when I overslept , tho I always hated that he does that since he ruined my perfect sleep . I couldn't really hate him since he was caring for me , to much to the extent of making me breakfast in the morning , tho we weren't as wealthy as other families , he would still try and give me the best meals that he thinks I deserve."

"I still remember he would always give me mushroom soup for breakfast even tho it's really hard to find mushrooms as well making them"

Y/n smiled thinking of how her father would scream with joy giving her the breakfast.

flashback(third person pov)

"HONEYYY WAKE UPP!!"y/n's father's voice could be heard from her slumber.

But the only thing that y/n's father could see is she covering her face with her rough blanket .

"honeyy wake up , I got you breakfast~" y/n's father said shaking her lightly.
He does know that if he shakes her violently he would be a dead person by 5 minutes.

"...don't wanna."y/n said with a tired voice.

"oh honey. Come on , don't leave this old man waiting for you to wake up to see your reaction for breakfast~" he said with pleading eyes and making his voice sound very sad.

Y/n couldn't really reject him since her father would be sulking all day.

"ha fine fine , I'm awake." She said while sitting on the bed and leaning on the headboard .

Y/n's father beam with joy as he puts down a little table at her daughter while placing the breakfast.

"I got you MUSHROOM SOUP~" he said while looking his daughter with joy.
"No I didn't buy it okayy , this time I took my own efforts and found the mushrooms all by myself!"he said proudly.

Y/n only nodded and took the spoon that was beside the bowl . she took a bite and she was already in heaven.

Tho people would say she doesn't have any emotions on her , but her own father could understand his daughter very well.

"I'm glad you love it honey" he said that while kissing his daughter's head and enjoying her daughter happy.

back to y/n and Odette

Y/n remembered that as it was yesterday. She missed her father so much that she could talk about the moments that she still had with him on and on.

A tear ran down her cheek , no not a tear but a waterfall came down her cheeks , wanting to be free from her broken heart , the feeling of missing your most precious someone and they loved you for who you are , that makes it even more sadder.

Odette then gave y/n a hug and let her tears fall until her eyes are red.

"I'm...s-sorry miss Odette.."she said while sniffing her nose from crying

"It's okay dear , you may cry more as you please . Don't hold yourself back , I'm here for you"

And from that moment , y/n and Odette became close and becoming friends was also the benefits.
