Bea woke up to being shaken awake. "Father, can I get one normal night of..." Bea opened her eyes. "Oh. Hi Emma,"  Bea growled. "Don't scream,"  Emma said. Bea opened her mouth, about to call for her father, but Emma waved her hand, and Bea's voice disappeared. "I just want to talk,"  Emma said. Bea gave a silent sigh, then nodded. Emma waved her hand and Bea's voice returned.  Bea reached into her pillowcase and pulled out her emergency pocketknife. "What do you want?" she hissed. "Someone's got trust issues," Emma said. "You can get them when you live in a place like this," Bea said. Emma laughed. "I like you, kid,"  Emma said. "Now, can you please tell me what you what, or can I please get some sleep?"  Bea said. "Look, I know that you know that you're an oracle now," Emma said. Bea nodded. "And people...people are going to start turning on you,"  Bea looked up. "Excuse me?" she asked. "You're power...people will start thinking that you're a valuable object," "Who's the oracle that can see the future, here?" Bea asked. "Bea? Do you want breakfast?" Hook knocked on the door. "One sec," Bea said. She turned to Emma. "I'll prove that no one will turn on me today. Watch me,"  Emma handed Bea a jewel that looked like an eye. "I will,"  she said.

Bea stared at her breakfast. "Is that fish?"  Iris asked. "Aye. Now that you girls are living on a pirate ship, you're going to be eating like one,"  Hook said. Bea turned to Iris and Sunday. "He's still learning about the modern world," she muttered. "I had to teach him what pizza was," Sunday's eyes widened. "Well, aren't you girls hungry? Dig in!"  Hook said. Bea sighed. She slowly ate. "Bea, um, I was wondering if you wanted to help me still,"  Hook said. Bea looked up. "Um, yeah, sure,"  Bea said.

"So, what's with the sudden change of heart?"  Bea asked as they walked to the Sheriff's office. "Well, I realized that you...could be of use,"  Hook said. Bea bit her lip. "Not because we've discovered I'm an oracle, right?"  she asked. "What? No! Of course not!"  Hook stammered. Bea knew he was lying.

When they reached the Sheriff's office, Snow, David, Regina, and Robin were there. "Why'd you bring the junior pirate?"  Regina asked, looking at Bea. "Yesterday...Bea discovered something useful,"  Hook said. Bea's heart sank. Emma was right. "In Camelot, she was training with Merlin to become an oracle,"  Hook said. "And over the six weeks, she became one," "She did?" David asked. Everyone looked at her. "Yeah...I did. But I can't see the entire future. I'm a part-time oracle. I can only see the future in prophecies," "Well, make a prophecy then,"  Regina said. Bea felt her face heat up. She took and deep breath and built up her confidence quickly.  "It's not that easy. I made a prophecy yesterday by accident. I don't know or remember if there are any specific rules. And I don't want to break them. Someone might get hurt...or worse," Bea said. "It's a risk we're willing to take,"  David said. "You might, but I'm not,"  Bea said. "Bea, we need this. Please,"  Snow said. "I don't want to accidentally hurt any of you,"  Bea said, starting to back away. "Were you always this stubborn with Balefire?"  Hook asked. Bea's eyes widened. "Excuse me?"  she asked. "Bea, just do it," Hook said. "Just listen to-"  "Beatrice!"  Hook snapped. Bea's eyes widened. Emma was right. "You all just see me as a valuable object, don't you?"  she asked. "I'm trying to protect you, but do any of you care?" Bea sighed and stormed out of the office.

Bea didn't want to see anyone. She went to the woods to hide. Bea leaned against a tree. She could barely hold the tears in her eyes. "I hate to say I told you so," Bea looked up. "Go away, Emma," Bea mumbled. "Look, I warned you. I'm sorry. I really am,"  Emma said. Bea looked up. "For the Dark One, you're still pretty nice,"  Bea said, wiping her eyes. Emma chuckled. "Kid, look...I get it," "You do?" Bea asked. Emma nodded. "Is there...anything I can do for you?"  she asked. Bea looked around. "I want to stay hidden for a while. Maybe a hidden living space?"  Emma smiled and waved her hand. Nother appeared. "Um?" Bea asked. "Look up,"  Emma said. Bea looked up. A treehouse was on a branch. "It's got food and water to last a week,"  Emma said. She started to walk off. "Emma, wait,"  Bea said. Emma stopped. "What's with the sudden change of heart?" Emma sighed. "It's not what you think...yet,"  Emma waved her hand and disappeared. Bea smiled. She heard crying. "Hello?"  Bea called. Bea followed the sound of the cries. She found a parrot. His leg was embedded in a thorny vine. Bea gasped. "Oh, my gosh," she said. Bea tried pulling the thorns out, but he was stuck. Bea sighed. She looked at her pocketknife. "I'm sorry,"  she said. Bea brought the knife down on the bird's leg. The parrot screamed. "I'm so sorry, that was the only way to get you out,"  Bea said, ripping a strip off her pants and wrapping it around the bird's nub of a leg. The parrot hopped over. "I'm so, so sorry," Bea said, picking up the parrot. "I didn't..." Bea sighed. The parrot flapped his wings and landed on her shoulder. "Oh. You...want to stay?" Bea asked. The parrot nuzzled her cheek. "Um, okay," Bea said. "Beatrice!" Bea turned around. It was Robin. "Oh...hi," Bea said. "That was quite the outburst you did today,"  Robin said.  "Please don't tell anyone I'm here...I want to be alone," Bea begged. Robin chuckled. "I understand," he said. "Your secret's safe with me. Would you like to stay at the Merry Men's camp?" "Um...sure,"  Bea said, following Robin.

Bea and Robin arrived at the camp. "Men, we have a guest for tonight,"  Robin said. There was a loud cheer. "They're always like that,"  Robin said. Bea nodded. "Who's that?"  robin asked, pointing to the parrot. "Unnamed," Bea said. She sat down. "Do you know how to shoot a bow?" Robin asked. "I'm more of a sword person,"  Bea said. "Let me teach you,"  "Um, okay?"  Bea stood up and Robin handed her a bow. Robin showed her how to stand. "Now aim and...fire,"  Bea fired her bow. The arrow wasn't even close to the target. "With some practice, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it,"  Robin said. "I still prefer swords," Bea said. Robin chuckled. The parrot squawked. "You're probably hungry,"  Bea said to him. "We have some seeds,"  Robin said. "Thank you,"  Bea said.

Bea woke to the sounds of screams. She felt like she did that too much. "Robin? What's happening?"  Bea asked. "One of the Merry Men. He's gone mad,"  Robin said. "What?"  Bea asked. "We have no idea how it happened,"  he said. The Mad Merry Man suddenly jumped out of nowhere. He aimed his arrow at Bea. "I didn't do anything!" Bea cried. "Your father's Captain Hook, correct?"  the Merry Man asked. Bea nodded. "He killed my brother!"  the merry man fired his arrow. Bea screamed. A merry man jumped in front of her, taking the hit. Bea screamed. The mad merry man screamed too. Robin fired his arrow at him. It hit his chest. "Who saved me?"  Bea asked. "His name was Tom Sawyer,"  Robin said. Bea looked at him. "I can't believe..." "You need to got home now,"  Robin said. Bea looked at the parrot. "Sawyer," she said. "Your name is Sawyer,"
