As you slowly began to regain consciousness, you slowly raised your body up, and your head began to throb painfully.
You sighed and looked around only to see you were... in the middle of the street?
You got up and looked around seeing absolutely no one in sight, it was as off everyone had just... disappeared off the face of the Earth.
It was really weird, it looked like the city on the surface except, it didn't feel or look right.
The city had never been this quiet before not even at night. So you began to walk in hopes of finding someone, anyone who would be able to help.
So you walked... and for a while you were ready to give up until you seen a building.. and someone was walking inside.. You immediately ran to them happy to see other people.
"Hey!! You there!!"
you slowly came to stop in front of her and you couldn't help but smile and the sight of another faces.
"I'm so sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you could help me.. I don't know.. As weird as it may seems everyone is gone and I-"
The tall girl cut you off before you could even finish your sentence.
"I know, same happened to me as well.."
You relaxed your body a bit disappointed with the answer she had given your unfinished question. You sighed and shook your head.
"Oh.. well thank you for that but do you mind if I ask, why are you going in there?"
She looked back at the building you pointed to and then looked to you.
"You didn't get one of these?"
she held up a phone and you shook your head you had no clue you were supposed to get one.. where would you even get it from? No one else was here..
"Uhm, no I didn't.."
She nodded her head and slipped the phone into her back pocket, Well it says that all remaining survivors are supposed to go to this building..
"I'm sorry did you say... survivors?"
The girl looked down sadly and shook her head.
"Uhm.. I-"
The girl knew you had nothing to say but she began to walk into the building and looked back to see if you would follow..
"As far as I know, people are playing games in exchange for their lives, I haven't been here long at all but I've already seen more people die then like... ever."
You were shocked at anyone who could do such a cruel thing, making people play games for their lives? it's sickening honestly and if made your stomach churn and twist making you feel a bit nauseous.
But, you followed the girl into the building hoping their would be more people inside.
And sure enough there were, there were a group of people who stood in a circle around a small table and on the table there was a note.
"1 per player."
There was only one phone there on the table, everyone sitting around the circle had one already so you rightfully assumed it was for you, so you took a deep breath and walked over to pick up the phone.
Once you pressed the power button a white screen turned on and there only said
"Welcome Y/n L/n, You have 2 visa"
You looked down at the phone confused at what it just read and you looked over to the girl whom you had followed.
"What's Visa?"
The phone then chimed, you looked down at read that "Visa is the number of days you are free to rest and relax at 'The Beach' winning the games will allow you to gain more and more visa, if you do not attend another game once your visa is done... Game Over."
Your heart skipped a beat at the last two words..
"Game over? Well i'm pretty sure that means we'll die right?"
The girl nodded her head. You took a deep breath and sighed harshly as you put your hands up on your head as your mind raced.
"Fuck... will I die here? No... I can't die here.. I won't-"
"By the way, my names Kuina.."
"I'm Y/n, nice to officially meet you, Kuina."
You smiled and she simply returned the same small gesture, but after that your mind went back to the exact some question..
"Will you die here?"
No, you won't.. And so it was mentally decided, you were going to clear these games.. and get out of here safely...
No matter what...

So after about what was it? 2 years 😂 i'm backk and I really hope people still read wattpad cause, i've been trying to find some good books and EHH????? nobody writes here anymore made me kinda sad 🙁 buttt i hope y'all enjoyed this consider it a little comeback story.
