Taehyung couldn't bring himself to have that talk with Jackson the next day. He and Jackson spent the day together, working and laughing, and Taehyung couldn't shake off the feeling that he couldn't just leave this behind just yet.
He needed to figure out what it was between him and Jeongguk before he could move forward with Jackson.
He tried to push his feelings for Jeongguk to the back of his mind and focus on his relationship with Jackson, but it was becoming increasingly difficult.
He knew that he couldn't keep avoiding the conversation with Jackson, but he also couldn't bring himself to hurt him by ending things.
Taehyung felt torn between his feelings for Jeongguk and his commitment to Jackson. He knew that he needed to make a decision, but he didn't know what the right choice was.
He felt like he was stuck in a difficult situation with no clear solution.
He decided to talk to Jeongguk and try to figure out what was between them before he makes any decision about his relationship with Jackson.
That evening he went to Jeongguk's appartement. Taehyung had seen Jeongguk a few times before in this street and had asked Jimin if he lived here which Jimin admitted.
He knocked on Jeongguk door and Jeongguk opened it looking a little surprised to see Taehyung because he had no idea that he knew where Jeongguk lived.
"Hey" Taehyung said, trying to sound as casual as possible as he stepped inside Jeongguk's apartment.
Jeongguk led him to the living room and they sat down on the couch. Taehyung could feel his heart beating fast, he didn't know how to start this conversation.
"So, I know we haven't really talked about what happened between us," Taehyung started, trying to find the right words.
Jeongguk nodded, "Yeah, I've been thinking about it a lot too. What's been on your mind?"
Taehyung took a deep breath, "I still have feelings for you, Jeongguk. And I know you feel the same way. But I'm in a relationship with Jackson, and I don't know what to do. I don't want to hurt him, but I also can't keep pretending that my feelings for you don't exist."
Jeongguk knew that it would be difficult for Taehyung to have this conversation with Jackson, but he also knew that it was necessary for them to move forward. He could see the pain and confusion in Taehyung's eyes, and he knew that he needed to be there for him.
"I'll support you in whatever decision you make, Taehyung," Jeongguk said, giving Taehyung's hand a reassuring squeeze. "I just want you to be happy, and if that means letting you go, then I'll do it. But I hope that you'll choose to be with me."
Taehyung looked at Jeongguk with a mix of emotions in his eyes. He knew that what Jeongguk was saying was true, and he knew that he needed to talk to Jackson as soon as possible.
"I'll talk to him tonight," Taehyung said, determination in his voice. "I'll figure this out, Jeongguk. I promise."
Jeongguk smiled at Taehyung, feeling a sense of hope in his heart. He had been waiting for this moment all day, and finally, it had arrived.
He couldn't help but smile as he walked towards Taehyung, and without hesitation, he leaned in and pressed his lips against Taehyung's. It was a desperate kiss, filled with all the longing and desire that Jeongguk had been feeling for so long.
Taehyung returned the kiss with equal passion, his arms wrapping around Jeongguk's waist. They held each other tightly, not wanting to let go. Finally, they parted, both smiling and feeling a sense of relief and happiness.
