Yeji's

It's been a tough month for me... I had to work my ass off to save our company.. well it barely need a saving but guess what Dad's mom and or my Grand mother have arrived from a country where I don't even know

Anyway that's it, she's my freaking nemesis now, she always object me and my team, just like right now, she just rejected our new campaign for a brand that we're making, I don't even know why she took over the whole company when I didn't even saw her help my dad before

"Your granny makes it so hard to work Yeji-yah" Wendy unnie told me, she looks like a zombie right now... Well all of us does. We've been inside the building for 3 days straight now because we're working on the new formulation of medicine

"I know, I just hope that she vanish into thin air, she's so... Mean" wendy unnie just nodded slowly and went back into the laboratory

I just know that if she knew about me and Ryujin, she'll do anything to stop us from being together, heck she doesn't even want my dad to marry mom

Speaking of Ryujin, she texted me asking if I can accompany her somewhere, I replied yes because honestly? We rarely see each other now, I don't even know what's going on with her in the university

"Hey, you look tired" she greeted me outside the building

"I am, I can barely move my fingers, how would we-ouch yah!" she covered my mouth and stomped on my feet

"We're in a public place, you shouldn't blabber around like that or else" I just nodded and entered the car, she's driving because she hasn't told me yet where she would go, she just told me to accompany her.. if she has a plan on killing me then.. No I don't think she has

After half an hour we arrived at a hill, this is  the hill behind our building

"Uhm what are we doing here?" She didn't answered, but she  brought out a picnic mat and a picnic basket

"We will have a picnic, come here" she instructed me to lay down on the mat, so I did.. and because I am so tired I lie down my head on her lap, she smiled and caressed my hair gently

"My yeji is tired of work? You should take a break sometimes you know, the company has workers and you're the boss"

"I need to set an example for them, I know that they're more tired than I am... At least I have a great place to stay"

"Hmm, makes sense, you know what? You're really kind, what happened to the Yeji I met? The arrogant?" She laughed a little

"Well, someone made me realize that being arrogant will not do me any good, plus that someone ended something within me"

"She ended what?"

"Ryu... I don't know how exactly to tell you this but.... before I was miserable because of what happened to Minju, everything is just black and white for me, I don't know where to go and when to re start my life... I wasn't happy, and if it weren't because of my friends maybe I am dead now... But I carried on... I felt like the whole world is against me.. against my will to be happy, then you came.. I thank your stars so much for giving you to me... You ended everything bad within me ryu... And you don't know how much it means to me... I love you" she smiled at me and hugged me tightly

" I love you too, Yeji... Thank you for everything "

I kissed her and she kissed me back, but before it deepens I pulled away and reached on my pocket, a ring... My dad gave me this when I was twelve, I hold her right hand

"With the stars and this tree as a witness, I Hwang Yeji promises to love and respect Shin Ryujin eternally, I will never make anything that will hurt her and I also promise to give her the life and love that she deserves, for she is my life" a tear left her eye as I  slip the ring on her finger

"nobody shall separate us together, no matter what happened" I finished off and then lean on to kiss her again... Under her stars...

"Why did you let this happen? "

" I just want her to be free, something that I couldn't do before"

" Have you even thought about what our business partners will say about her?! She's a disdain to this family! She's carrying our name! She is a Hwang! "

" I know, I am too, but unlike me you wouldn't need to dictate her what to do with her life, SHE IS MY DAUGHTER AND I WILL LET HER DO WHAT SHE WANTS! "
