Training - rue

Thresh and me walk down to training in are almost identical uniforms ,it was so funny in the lift we didn't know which level the training centre was on some had to press each button until we fund it when we got there we were practically bursting with laughter but soon stopped when we saw the size of the training centre , so this is what higher districts go to every day while I've been working in fields. Just then thresh nudges and tells me he will see me tonight , then goes of to throw weights just like we agreed we wouldn't be seen together much and would work on everything we needed to survive then would be alies in the arena . Still I couldn't help myself I just had to look for Oscar I don't know if I will talk to him but maybe if I could see if he's just another brute I won't be distracted , I mean there's only one winner right.

I head to the rope tying station it could be very useful and I already know how to use snares but it wouldn't hurt to know more would it now, I'm half way through this trap which will hang someone from there leg when I get a nervous feeling someones watching me , but that's stupid who would be watching me so I put it to the back of my mind . After lunch I'm going to see if Oscar is nice or not .

Oscars P.O.V

I've got into the careers after showing knife skills with clove , nailed archery with glimmer and gave marvel a run for his money with spears and tridents which we obviously but there for me at every station I get there nod of approval , so my plan is working. At every station I look around for rue but only see her in the shadows at the not tying station in the corner after a few hours , I hadn't even noticed that station but there she is her beautiful hair pulled into a bun , she's working on this nasty complicated looking not trap that I wouldn't like to find my way into , I was half thinking of going over when her huge district partner walks to her there go my chances I will have to wit till she's alone.

Rues P.O.V

After finishing the trap thresh comes over to talk which is god because I still had the feeling someone was watching me.

' how ya doin rue ' thresh asks me after starting on a snare

'I'm fine thanks have you got people's attention yet because I think the careers may even ask you to join them' I say with tears in my eyes I really wanted him as my alie butnthatbwont happen if he's with them

'oh rue I wouldn't go with them , we're team mates remember and I've got a good feeling we could both win this thing' he says smiling

' anyway how would you survive if people knew how ticklish you were' and with that he starts tickling me so much I just have to laugh.

All the way through lunch thresh And me just couldn't stop giggling , so when he went back to training I felt quite lonely. After I decided to go onto the edible plant station which was pretty easy for me , I had just been climbing on the nextel on the celing which no one seemed to have noticed when I realised I was above Oscar , wow he really has talent he practically aces every weapons station but I don't know if he will be any good at survival , wait why was I even thinking about that I need to concentrate . I try and concentrate on the poisonous plant test but it's too easy and gives my mind time to wonder about. All I could think about was Oscar , that's when I decided the next survival station he went to I would go and talk to him.
