The next day at school, Bella sat in class looking outside ignoring the lecture that was being taught. After last night, Bella couldn't help but think how short life was, she sighs quietly and turns to see Ven staring at the board making sure he took notes but something about the subject.

Bella thought about a lot of things, why is his skin so pale? Something about him just sat (almost) right with her, like she was destined to be with him. Sighing again, she heard the bell ring, she gathered her things and quickly left before she ran into anyone.

With her luck, that didn't happen, she ran right into Ven and fell on her ass. She winces a little and looks up in apology, she didn't mean too. Ven smiled and offered his hand, Bella took it, skeptically and he hoisted her up and she landed against his chest. Blushing hard, she backed up and bowed.

"I'm so sorry!" She shouted to him, lifting her head up and still seeing him smiling. Bella blinks a little and stands a little upwards.

"Don't worry about it." Bella blushes again hearing his smooth voice once more.  She smiles at him and he continues. "I can see why every guy here thinks you're beautiful, the hair and the eyes just show how beautiful you are."

Bella blinks a little bit and blushes once more. Ven thought - she was beautiful... The thought of someone telling her that -aside from her brother and Cloud-Cloud from time to time- it felt ... strange... Bella picked up her books with the help of  Ven, he looked into her eyes, and suddenly, Bella's world stopped. Like something in her mind was telling her he was in the one, but - she wanted to ignore that feeling.

She didn't need the love because of...

"Are you okay?" questioned the boy in front of her, Bella blinked shaking her head and nodded. "You seem like you're in deep thought about something. You can tell me when you're ready, if you'd like."

She smiles softly and stands up, dusting off her skirt - nodding. "Thank you so much." She was grateful for that comment. "Also, for the beautiful comment, too -" She shakes her head, scrunching her face a little. "But I think I'm just an average looking girl who is just... I wanna say nerdy." Bella makes an odd looking face at the end, and Ven chuckles at her.

"In my eyes -" Ven touches her chin with both of his hands and brings it closer to his. "- You're very beautiful." Ven kisses her forehead making her face heat up and he releases her and walks off, before she could say anything. Breathing heavily, she looks back and sees him gone, what just happened...?

Taking another heavily breath, she turns and walks to her locker, she is luckly the hallways were empty. She doesn't know why he did that, but she was sure he felt her heart jump to her throat and her breath stopped for a mere second. Sure, he was handsome and smart, but there was something else about him that made him seem... mysterious in a way.

Bella just had to find out.

At lunch, feeling better after what just happened in the hallway, she was eating some curry rice with some bourbon beef that she made this morning. Zack was eating some too, Cloud was doing something with his girlfriend, Tifa. Bella liked her, and she made him happy.

Bella took another bite of her food when someone scared the crap out of her, she dropped her rice and looked back to see a smiling Hayner, she glared at him and he continues his smile.

"Why the hell did you do that?" Bella sneered at him, she hated wasting food and he knew it too.

"Because you need to tell us what happened in the hallway!" Hayner almost shouted to where the school could hear him.

Bella's eyes flew open and she slapped him in the head and smiled at him, you know, one of those smiles where you want to kill them but trying to keep a calm demeanor look so the whole school doesn't expect anything different coming from her.

"You need to shut up Hayner before I smite you!" Bella hissed at him. "Absolutely nothing happened in that hallway, you are imagining things, I was going to my locker and putting stuff in, got it!?"

Hayner shivered under Bella's glare. Yeah, she can be scary when she wants to be.

Bella heard him gulp. "Yes, ma'am."

Bella lets up her glare and goes back to eating and she hears Zack chuckle, she smiles.

"You gonna tell me later, Chibi?"

Bella nods; "I'll tell you later," She smiles. "I wanna wrap my head around what happened, okay?"

On the walk home late at night, Student Council went a lot longer than she expected. Yes, she lived on the wrong side of town, but right now she didn't care.

Bella heard something rustling behind her, and she stopped and turned around, her low ponytail touching her bare arm right now, she wasn't afraid, because she knew how dangerous everything around her was, which is why she carried pepper spray and a mini hunting knife with her.

When she yelped because someone grabbed from behind and had their head on her neck, as if sniffing her skin. She tensed up.

"I can hear your heartbeat, little girl." A familiar voice spoke to her, she tensed even more. No... "Oooh, it sped up, I see you recognize me!"

"Go away please..." Bella begs, tears ready to fall from her eyes. She began to shake a little bit. "I don't need this tonight!"

Bella could feel something sharp against her neck and she began crying a little bit.

"You smell awfully good, no wonder he wants to keep you to himself." Axel, the mysterious man, had told her. His teeth poked through her neck, Bella felt her life flash before her eyes, she couldn't leave this world now, her brother and Cloud need her! "I think I may have a taste."

"No... please..." Bella softly begged, crying now. The tears freshly falling down her face. The suddenly, a brush of wind gushed against her, and she looks up seeing him gone and Ven in front of her, looking deep in her eyes, furious, but hopefully not at her. "Don't hurt me... Please..."

"You will forget this happened, Bella, I can't risk exposing myself to anyone and you'd be the last person to know what I am, you're too special to me." Ven said in a very compelling voice, Bella suddenly stops crying, and continues looking at him. "Don't worry, I will protect you from him..." Ven quickly ran off, and Bella looks around, seeing herself at her front door and she looks around. Bella touched her face feeling tears and she quickly wiped them.

"How did I get here so fast...?" Bella asked herself. She shrugged and walked into her door. "I need sleep..."

"What were you thinking Axel, I don't think your twin would appreciate you hurting someone." Ven sneered at him, crossing his arms.

"I wanted to be sure it was her, Ven, that's all. Got it memorized?" Axel said tapping his head. "Besides, our leader wants her as well, I'm sure you know this..."

Ven glared at him, of course he did, their not from the same covens but they're ruled by the same leader. Damn him.

"You do know what makes her so special, don't you, Ven?" Axel questions him and Ven stays silent. "You don't do you?" Ven continues to stay silent. "I'm sure it'll be revealed when leader gets a hold of her."

Ven speeds at him and thrusts him against the wall by the throat, his eyes red -literally- in anger. "You leave her out of this, Axel, you got that?"

Axel holds his hands up in defense, and speaks to him. "Don't look at me, I'm just the messenger, be sure to watch her over, closely I might add. Who knows when our leader will grab her." Axel quickly snaps Ven's neck and wipes his hands. "Tch, you guys are all the same. And you ruined my dinner, so now I have to find dinner once again." He quickly runs off to find the something or someone to eat.

Alright, the fourth chapter is complete, what do you guys think of this one? It revealed who they were, sort of. Will Bella be able to figure out what they are who should she stay in the dark?

Why is Ven so protective of her so much? What about their leader, why does he need Bella too?
