-Two months later-
'Good morning princes.'
I slowly open my eyes and see my dad's silhouette in my door.
'School?' is all I can bring out.
'No sweetheart, it's summer break, remember?'
'Oh.' I rumble.
'It's almost eleven am and Eva made breakfast, are you coming?'
'Yeah.'
He smiles and leaves me alone. I rub my eyes with the back of my hands and sit up. I turn on the lamp on my nightstand and look around my room. If my dad had told me it was six in the morning I would have belived him too. I went to bed late yesterday so that my head is pounding from fatigue. By that, it's still very dark outside, it could be noon. I place my feet on the cold floor and immediately pull them back while my eyes search for my slippers. I sigh as I see them at the other side of the room. Quickly I jump out of bed and run to my slippers. When I have my warm slippers on I wander to the window and open my curtains. I open my mouth and look at the rain that's splashing against the other side of the window. The grey, actually they're more black than grey, clouds that fill the sky reachas far as I can see. And this should be July? I do my bathrobe and then go downstairs. When I enter the kitchen, my dad Eva sit at the table which is set for three. Is sit down next to Eva and look at the food on my plate. White beans, two slices of toast, a fried egg, fried bacon, some tomatoes and two sausages. English breakfast! My favorite! I love English breakfast ever since I was young. Daddy and Eva also have mushrooms on their plate, but they know I won't eat them because I hate the taste of the vegetable, so they don't even put it on my plate.
'Are we going to do something today or not?'
'Did you forgot?' Eva asks.
'Forgot what?'
'We're getting the key of the new house today. After that we wil immediately start packing our stuff and within a few days we'll officially move.'
'Oh.'
'You forgot, didn't you?' my dad laughs.
'Ermh...yeah. I was kinda busy so..ermh...yeah I forgot.'
'It's okay, I can understand that you have a lot on your mind.'
'Shall we eat now? I don't think you guys want to eat this when it's cold.' Eva laughs and we eat our brunch.
After we ate and cleaned the kitchen together we changed our clothes and got in the car.
'Ready?' my dad asks me and Eva before he starts the motor.
'Ready.' we say at the same time.
My dad starts the motor and drives off the drive, on our way to our new home. It's a pretty long drive and I spend the whole way writing. I wrote a mail to Ali on my phone.

Dear Ali,
Today we will get the key of our new house, we're on our way right now. It's about 40 minutes away from my current house my dad said when he started driving, but it seems like will be in the car for a little longer than that. If you look outside you can see that the weather really sucks, and yeah, because of that it's kinda crowded on the road. Anyway, we're driving really slowly, so this could be a really long mail. hahaha. For one reason I feel kinda guilty for moving so far, like to my mom. i grew up with her, here in Edgware, in the West Way. It makes me feel guilty go move away, even out of town. We move to Barking, I thought the Abbey Rd, but I'm not sure. My dad said it's about 20 miles away from Edgware, that's so far! I guess I should just accept the fact that I'll move so far away from my friends and memories. Now I think about it, this is how you should have felt when you moved, right? I can be totally wrong too, but now I think about it, it's pretty much the same. Except for the fact that it went way faster for you, sorry. I have to go to a new school and make new friends there. My dad said I will go to the "St Josephs Rc Primary School", that's now even a mile from my new home, I can even walk if I want to! Oh, I just asked my dad and he told me we would move to the Boundary Rd, I was pretty close. hahaha. Eva showed me some pictures of the area, and it's really pretty, well most of it. There are some parks and there is a river almost in front of our new house! Yes, I'm also exited too like you can read :). I hope I'll make new friends there as soon as possible so I won't feel so lonely. I mean, I have you of course, but we never see each-other and only talk through mail and that's something different. Isn't it? We won't move immediately though, today we get the key and we start packing our stuff. Then tomorrow, we'll move most of the furniture and the day after we'll move the last things and then we'll officially move. First I found it weird that we would move so fast after we got the key, but Eva explained to me that the old owners already had a new house so they could already paint and that stuff. I have no idea when they did that, but I think they did while I was in school and didn't tell me about it because they knew I would want to help them. Yes, that must be it. I just realized that we started driving again and the navigation says it's only 10 minutes left from here. I guess I should stop writing by now. I hope we can meet up soon to talk in real life again! See you soon :).
Hugs and kisses, Emmily. <3
I send the email and look outside the car. The highway made place for ordinairy roads which lead us closer to our new home. I look at the navigation, eight minutes. I sigh and look at the trees along the road, blossom trees. They make me think of the blossom trees at the cemetery, where I met Ali. I laugh as I see Ali in my head, running around to find a hiding spot to end up literally in a mountain made of blossom.
'What's so funny?' Eva asks as she turns around to look at the backseat.
'Nothing, I just thought of something fun, that's all.'
'Okay. You're nervous aren't you?'
She was right, I was nervous, and not even a little. If you would get yellow when you're nervous, I would be neon yellow! I feel like I can explode every moment, like I'm a volcano. Yeah, that's the good word, volcano. I guess I've always been a volcano, but I'm only an "active" volcano when I'm mad, sad, or in this case, nervous.
'No, not really.' I say softly.
'You're lying, I can see it in your eyes. Emmily I know you longer than today, believe me, I know you better than you think I do.'
'I look at the palms of my hands and smile awkwardly, 'You're right, I'm really nervous.'
'Well, we're almost there, so get ready to see your future house.' she says with a friendly and happy smile on her face.
I smile back and look at the passing cars, most are big, black cars which look really expensive! The further we drive, the less cars I see. Within two minutes my dad parks the car at a parking lot in front of some houses. I look at the houses, they look pretty nice if you ask me.
'We're here.' my dad says with a big smile.
We get out of the car and walk to the house. When Eva wants to ring the door bell we hear a screaming voice somewhere behind us. Eva pulls her arm back and turns around.
'Who is that?' she asks with a weird facial expression.
I have no idea who it is. We hear the screaming voice again, this time a little closer. My dad and I turn around too as we hear a third scream. We start walking in the direction of the screaming voice and as we got closer we hear that the girl, because it's definitely a girl's scream, isn't just screaming. She's screaming something, a name, 'Emmilyy! Eeemmilyyyy!' my name. I start running further, till I see her. I knew it! I knew it was her!
'Ali!' I say as she turns around
