The Losers each wake up wearily, not in the places they used to be. Eddie stirred awake, rubbing his head once he sat up. He looked to his left to see Richie passed out next to him. He hummed and grabbed the boy's shoulder, shaking him.
"Rich," Eddie mumbled. "Richiee."
Richie sucked in a breath and immediately felt a sharp pain in his whole body. He held his own head and squeezed his eyes shut before sitting up and looking around.
"What the fuck is this place?" he groaned.
Eddie shrugged. "More important: Where are the rest of the Losers?"
"Shit," Richie whispered. He stood and held out a hand for Eddie, who took it and stood. For a hot second, neither of them let go. They stood there, holding hands as they looked around. "Ah," Richie announced and snapped, his finger landing on a door.
Richie walked over to the door, dragging Eddie behind him. Upon arrival, they both let go. Richie opened the door, and there was a claustrophobic, decrepit stairway.
"Ohh, uh-uh. No, I don't do shit like this," Eddie said, shaking his head and taking a step back.
"C'mon, I'll lead the way for you," Richie reassured him. Eddie took a deep breath and began to follow behind Richie, down the crowded stairs.
Bill groaned awake, lifting his head and opening his blurry eyes. They widened, and he rubbed them a few times.
"W-what..?" he stammered. He immediately got to his feet, staring at the wall in front of him. "Not this again," he complained.
Three doors stood in front of him. But it wasn't like the ones in Neibolt back in Derry. They were rooms to choose from.
The three choices varied upon 'Basement' on the left, '???' in the middle, and 'Playground' on the far right. He took a deep breath and walked up to the playground door, praying he hadn't made the wrong decision.
It wasn't a jumpscare. It was an actual room Bill had to go through. He blinked a few times, took another deep breath, and walked in hesitantly.
An evil laughter echoed in the room, the door behind him slamming shut. "Welcome to Pennywise's Playground!" Bill jumped.
"Oh.. God.." Bill mumbled.
"Go on through! Find the door and make it out alive!" Pennywise teased and cackled in laughter before the microphone shut off. Bill took a deep breath and crawled through the little playground like you'd find in a McDonald's, only it was much, much larger.
He picked up a paper at the entrance, sighing as he saw 'Rules.' "Escape the playground," read Bill aloud, "use whistle to s-see if enemy is c-cl-close. Shit. Don't use whistle too often, only every ten seconds. G-good. At least it t-tells me that," Bill breathed. "Use tree fort? Tree fort?" he huffed, looking around, confused.
Bill began to walk through the large fort. It was terrifying. There were mannequins spread out through the entire thing. That's when he saw something out of the corner of his eye.
Ben, Beverly, Stanley and Mike had all woken up by now, looking around.
"Guys?" Ben mumbled.
"Wh-wha.." Beverly stammered out, rubbing her temple as she scanned the room with her squinted eyes.
"Where are we?" Mike asked.
"More important; How did we get here?" Stanley stated, using the wall to help him stand.
"Even more important; Where are Bill, Richie and Eddie?" Beverly spoke up.
"Shit," Ben whispered, looking around in hopes his eyes would lie upon the three missing Losers.
