Hey, wake up!

William's eyes slowly fluttered open to see a shorter, dirty blonde haired boy sitting next to him. He had a backpack and a very worried expression.
"Oh thank god! Are you okay?" He said. William was still confused as ever. "Uh... I think so" He blinked a few times, his vision still blurry. "You were out for 10 whole minutes! I tried to pick you up and bring you to the nurse but you're a bit too heavy- Not in a bad way! I think you actually look decently nice- Gah!-" the shorter man said quite swiftly, he sounded decently nervous.  "N-not in a weird way of course! ...Im so sorry-" he then got cut off by William sitting up and leaning in close to him, the blonde boy got butterflies "Im alright, plus, it's not very often that people tell me I look nice. I appreciate it." He said with a smile. The shorter man just stared for a second in silence, then he finally said: "O-oh, uh... you're welcome"
"I'm William, by the way. William Afton."
He just sat there a bit longer, staring into Williams eyes.
"And you are?"
"Oh, sorry. I'm Henry, Henry Emily!"
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet your aquatints, Mr. Emily."
"Heh, yeah"
William finally backed up from Henry and stood to his feet then reached a hand down to him. Henry hesitated then took his hand, he stood as well.
"That was a pretty rough fall, are you alright?" He finally said. "Trust me, I already said I'm alright."
"Okay, why not we head inside. I'm alright late as is" Henry suggested. "Yeah, that's probably a good idea."

They parted ways then went on with their day.

Switching to Henry's pov:

I was on my way back home, thinking back at everything that happened today. Something about that boy... William...
our meeting felt.. special, you could say. I just couldn't stop thinking about him. Looking back at the day, I realized I don't remember anything from my classes, any sort of first day gossip, nothing. My memory was just clouded with William.

The way he looked at me really was odd, like I had known him all my life. His eyes were blue and dull but they made me feel all warm inside. His hands.. they were warm and.. dare I say soft. But I enjoyed holding his hand for that split second he helped me to my feet.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't even realize where I was going, I walked up to my front porch and missed the step, I fell onto the floor once again, bracing myself with my arms to keep my head from hitting the floor. Thankfully, it worked. I didn't hit my head but I ripped a a noticeably large hold in the sleeve of my thin sweater. I stood back up and brushed myself off then took my sweater off to examine it
"God damnit! This is my only good sweater." I sighed then hung the sweater over my arm as I walked into the house
"The door is unlocked... how strange.."
I thought to myself.
I shut the door behind me when I walked in then hung my ripped sweater on one of the three coat hangers next to the door. I walked through the house "Mom!?" I called out, hoping for an answer seeing as her car is in the driveway.
"..." I waited a few seconds
"Mother!?"
Another few seconds
Nothing...

I walked to her bedroom then knocked on the door, "Mom.?" I said one last time, "Are you in there?"

No answer

I walked away from her room and went to the kitchen, I leaned on the counter
"Where could she be.?" I thought to myself. I began getting worried.
Then I heard the inside door leading to the garage open.
"Did someone say something?" Henry's mother walked through the door
"Mom!" My eyes lit up as I ran over to her and hugged her "Why were you in the garage!?"
She only giggled
"You had me worried!"
"I'm alright, sugar. No need to worry about me, okay?"
I nodded and let go of her
"So, how was school?"
"It was fine"
"Did you meet anyone interesting?"
When she said that my mind immediately darted to William, who I met at the beginning of the day "uh, yeah, I did" I said in a quite awkward tone
"Really? That's great, hon! Who did you meet?" She asked. "I met a boy named William" I replied with. "That's nice, how about you invite him over to our house tomorrow after school, I want to meet him"
"Okay, mother" she kissed my cheek, "Now, go finish your chores for the day. I wanna see those dishes shine"
"Okay, okay, I'll do the dishes."
"Good boy" she patted the top of my head as I walked over to the sink and began washing the dishes.

I couldn't get my mind off of him. His eyes, his hair, his warm touch, the way he leaned in close to my face, our lips were inches apart, I could feel his warm breath on my face, it almost felt.. nice..

NO!

STOP THINKING LIKE THAT!

You barely know anything about him, this behavior is unacceptable.
I sighed, grabbing my phone from my pocket and placing it on the counter. I turned on some music to distract myself then continued doing the dishes.
