Me n my bf Darrien decided to go to this party with me . My besties invited me so u alr know I couldn't decline, but D said he not letting me go if he can't go too🙄.

"Bro wtf? We coulda been shakin ass but now it's js me n kayla" lani said putting her head down n fake crying

I was sitting at my vanity n doing my hair
"Yo mami , when ts start?" D said coming in my room w a bag of chips
"Start getting ready, by time u finish I'll be done w my hair n then I can get dressed n we can go" I said turning to look at him
"Okay" he said going to my closet to look for some clothes he left from last time he was over here

We arrive at da party n right know ddot was on the couch well me , kayla, n lani was dancing. We started twerking n this dude came up behind me and grabbed my waist. I could tell by the smell of sweaty ass n no money it wasn't d. "YO GET TF" I said before I heard a loud bang n then everything happened so fast .
The dude body fell n it was smoke coming from the back of him. Behind him was ddot .
"Come on." He said angry n grabbing my arm harshly.
Lani n Kayla followed but I told them I would be fine . I knew d wouldn't hurt me on purpose.
The car ride home was silent . This isn't the first time smb has lost their life bcs they flirted w me, so i wasn't surprised about that. I just wanted to know what was gonna happen when I got home.
"Go in the house" he said staying in the car. I thought he was gonna leave but after 20 minutes he came in. He still looked mad.
"D.." I started but he caught me off
"Wtf was that? U twerked on sum random nigga well I'm there?" He said looking me in the eyes
"No that's not what happened. I was twerking and he came up behind me n started grabbing on me . I knew it wasnt u so i got up but before I could run to u or defend myself u shot him. D .. why did u shoot him." I said being serious about the last part. He said he wouldn't do it no more. Or not infront of me.
"Mama I was jealous? You expect me to let some random nigga touch on u?" He said holding eye contact . I looked down . I knew he meant well but he needs to learn violence isn't always the way to handle things.
"Okay d." I whispered still looking down
"Eye contact mama" he said lifting my head up n kissing me.
