"they did that?" zach asked. "i'll get them fired right now."

"it's not that serious zach." marley said. "i just wanted you guys to hear it from me before you see it all over the internet."

"where's sam?" marley asked.

"press conference." lou said. "he went in before we knew what happened."

"you don't think they'll talk to him about it, right?" tee asked.

"i don't know, they are pretty judgmental people." zach said.

marley left the locker room and stood outside of the press conference room.

"she's an amazing coach and an amazing person. she fought so hard to get here and you all are disrespectful towards her because she's a female. how would you feel if your daughter or wife or sister were in this situation?" sam said, remaining respectful in his tone, although he didn't want to.

sam looked to the side and saw marley standing there. "i'm done now." sam said standing up and walking out of the room.

"are you ok?" they both asked at the same time.

"you first." sam said.

"i'm fine, stuff like this happens all the time to me." marley said.

"but it shouldn't. you worked so hard to get here and they shouldn't get to treat you like this." sam said. "it makes me really upset."

"well don't be upset because what they say doesn't matter." marley said. "we have to go before we miss the plane."

once they got back to cincinnati, marley went home. jamar and tee asked if she wanted to hang out, but she just wanted to go home.

once she got home, she sat down at her piano, which was a secret hobby she took up about five years ago.

she started getting ready to play something, when she heard a knock at her door. it was sam.

"hi." he said. marley let him in. "i was wondering if you wanted to hang out, i don't really care what we do."

"i was playing the piano before you got here." marley said. "do you know how to play?"

"no, but i'll watch you play." san said, following marley to where the piano was.

marley started playing the notes of until i found you by stephen sanchez. she didn't expect sam to sing, but he did anyway.

"georgia." he started singing which took marley by surprise. "wrap me up in all your. i want you, in my arms. oh let me hold ya. i will never let you again, like i did. oh i used to say."

"i would never fall in love again until i found her. i said would never fall unless it's you i fall into. i was lost within the darkness but then i found her, i found you." he sang while marley played the piano.

"heaven, when i held you again." marley sang while playing the piano. "how could we ever just be friends. i would rather die than let you go. juliet to your romeo." she sang, she has a beautiful voice. "how i heard you say."

"i would never fall in love again until i found her. i said i would never fall unless it's you i fall into. i was lost within the darkness but then i found her, i found you." they sang together, their voices bel ended perfectly.

"your voice is really beautiful." sam said.

"thank you." marley replied. her next question was a shot in the dark. "do you know the lover remix?"

"yeah, you wanna play it?" sam asked. instead of replying, marley started playing the song.

the first verse and chorus were normal, like in the original song, but the second verse was different and sam was singing.

"we could light a bunch of candles and dance around the kitchen, baby." sam sang, his voice suited this song well. "we'll sit on the stoop, i'll sing love songs to you when we're eighty."

although marley couldn't see him, she could hear the smile in his voice when he sang the last line.

"see i finally got you honey," he sang. "i won't let you fall."

"can i go where you go? can we always be this close? forever and ever. and oh, take me out, and take me home. forever and ever your my, my, my, my, lover." they sang together. the bridge is marley's favorite part.

"i take this magnetic force of a man to by my, lover." marley sang alone.

"i'd go down with the titanic. it's true, for you. lover." sam sang.

"and at every table, i'll save you seat." marley sang.

"save you a seat." sam sang shawn's part like he has the rest of the song.

"we should be a band." marley said jokingly once they finished the song.

"that's sound like a great idea." sam said yawning. "i'm gonna go home before i fall alseep at the wheel."

"okay," marley said walking him to the door.

he placed a soft kiss on her lips. "i love you." he said turning around. he clearly didn't think about what he said because he quickly stopped in his tracks when he realized what he had said.

he didn't turn around though, he just stood there tense. "i'm sorry i," he said turning around before marley cut him off.

"i love you too." marley replied. a smile spread across sam's face.

he left and she close the door. he got excited, he punched his fist in the air and did a little dance. he looked crazy walking to his car.

marley was in love with an idiot. she opened her door back up. "i can't still see you." she said.

"hmm, what?" he said stiffing up. "im just walking to my car." he lied, and they both knew it.
