(Kokichi's POV)

Darkness.... Endless darkness. Darker yet darker... Until a shock of pain went through his body waking him up.

He appeared to be in a school. He knew better than to hope it was all a dream. Seeing the iron bars on the windows he knew what was going on. The only question was how?

Several frightening theories came to mind... There was an important question he needs to ask himself now.

What happens now?

Assuming it's another death game he has to yet again watch the sick game play out before his eyes. Disgusting. Utterly disgusting.

He assumes that the goal of this game to bring one of the dead back to life. He could go back. He could go reunite with DICE he could maybe try and get Shuichi's forgiveness. He knew all that was a lie.

He doubt he could ever stop his facade. Because of that everyone will continue to hate him like before. Even his beloved detective had forsaken him.

"Your alone and you always will be." The words rung heavily in Kokichi's heart.

"I don't care. So what?!? I don't care! I don't need anyone!" Kokichi think's hatefully, "I've always been alone! You think I want friendship?!? You think I'm that pathetic to desire companionship! Your wrong! Your wrong and I'll show you how happy! I fcking am! I get to live another fun death game! I get to..." he thinks and yet it was hard for to hold back tears.

This isn't who he really is. He knows this. He's scared. He's scared and alone and no one cares about him. No one is willing to try and put up with him and try to understand why he's like this.

"Yeah... fine... I'm alone whatever... it's not like I haven't been alone before. You think the world gives a shit about my feelings! I can promise you it doesn't! The world's always been... Always been.... Trying to destroy me! And I refuse to let it!" Kokichi thinks determined.

He managed to calm himself as he took a moment to think of his game plan here. Does he try to win this time? Trying to break the game didn't work at all. Does he try escaping? It was all futile.... Everything he did or was going to do was going to blow up in his face.

"Kokichi?" A voice spoke up and Kokichi sees its Rantaro.

He should be surprised, but he's actually not, but he should at least pretend or something right?

"It's a ghost!!! Don't haunt me! I didn't do it! Probably!" Kokichi mustered up the will to randomly shout at Rantaro.

"Woah! Calm down! I'm just as confused as you... I was...." He went pale.
