Sam&Mon

Chapter 15

With Mon's parents giving them their blessing, Sam makes sure that she takes care of her princess all the time.

She made a surprise meeting with her staff. She wanted to talk to them about something.

Mon is wondering what is the agenda of the meeting all about. 

All the staff is settled in the conference hall already. They are nervous about the meeting.

Good morning. Sam said.

I know you are wondering what is the meeting all about. Sam is relax and she spoke softly.

She went quiet a bit because she is composing her taughts on how she will start what she wanted to say to her staff.

Good morning once again team. First, I really want to congratulate everyone for the effort you put on our last content.

The staff was surprised because they never receive any compliment from their boss.

I know this is the first time I did this and you need to be used to it because starting today it will be a thing here already. 

I am also changing some rules of the company. She is now looking at Mon. 

Mon is confuse about Sam's announcement.

Then two of their co-worker whom Sam fired entered the conference hall. They were fired because they were caught having a relationship. It was one of the rules of Sam that she is very strict about.

I know I fired them already but I am hiring them back. She look at Mon again.

She gestured to the two to be with her in front.

I wanted to personally apologize to the both of you with the harsh decision I made. You will be getting back your work and whatever lost you incurred on the months that you did not have work because of what happened, I will compensate you for that. Again I am sorry and I hope you will give the company a chance again to be part of your lives. 

The two could not contain their happiness and they are very thankful that Sam re hire them. 

The staff was really surprised with the change of heart of their boss.

Mon on the other hand is so proud of her baby and wanted to hug Sam.

May I ask Ms. Mon Armstrong to please join me here in front

Mon got her another surprise.

She went to the front and Sam held her hand. The staff once again was puzzled by what they see.

I know you are wondering with the sudden changes that is happening and why I asked Mon to be with me here in front. 

To all of you I want to formally let you know that Ms. Mon Armstrong is my girlfriend. I hope how you treat her before will remain the same. She made me realize that I can be a better person. That is why I am trying to be one. I will do my best to provide you guys a much better environment for you to be able to work much comfortable.

Everyone really appreciate the changes their boss is making and they are thankful to Mon for the change of heart.
