Chapter 29

Mon's POV

I am holding a bouquet of pink tulips, this is Sam's favorite flower. I am standing in front of her. She is wearing a beautiful white dress. Her face is so angelic. I only want to remember her beautiful smiles.

The memory of her is the only consolation I have. She is the best that happened in my life. I am really trying to hold my tears but it's so hard. Seeing her for the last time. If only I can stop the time. If only I can share to her my life. Oh God, I really miss her. I really miss my baby.

Why? Why she was taken away from me this fast. We are planning so my trips together, we want to conquer our fears together. We want to enjoy life together. 

Neung and Song went closer to her and consoled her. Yuki,Tee,Kade and Jim were also present. Mom and Dad are always at my side  

Babe I really miss you. I know I have to accept this. But it's really hard. I kissed her forehead for the last time. I placed the bouquet at her side. Please watch over me babe. I love you so much and I really miss you so much.

It's so hard to say goodbye to the person who is the reason why you are alive. It's so hard to say goodbye to someone who is your life.

Then slowly they are closing the casket... Slowly... Then she is gone from my sight forever. How I wish I can stop this... Oh God I really miss her. I really love her so much.

Hey... I felt a cool breeze and a warm hand caressing my face. 

Hey, beautiful, wake up. You are having a bad dream again. 

I opened my eyes and saw her in front of me, smiling and looking at me straight to my eyes.

I hugged her immediately. You're here. You did not leave me.

Hey, you're having a bad dream again. She kissed my forehead and slowly kissed me on my lips. I am not going anywhere, remember I promise you that.

I smiled at her but my tears I could not stop anymore.

hey don't cry. I'm here. I am okay. 

she pulled me close to her and hugged me tight. She is now kissing my head and assuring me that everything is okay.

Flashback at the hospital

It was Saturday night and everyone is with us now. They wanted to stay with Sam and me to  just bond. Sam is at her quiet corner still with the machine attach to her. The doctor said her vitals are more stable now and they see progress in her condition. I am so happy to hear those updates coming from them. 

Neung and Song is always here, they really love their  little sister. They make sure everything is comfortable for her. With the business, I took over first for Sam. I am doing my best to keep the company on top. I don't want Sam to be disappointed. Even I know she will never think of me that way. Tee explained to me everything what Sam asked her to do with her properties. I was so hesitant at first since Sam worked hard to have all of it. But Tee said it was Sam who insisted. She said, Sam explained to her that when she was acquiring  those properties and building the company it was not really clear to her why she is doing all those things. But when she met me, she knew it was because of me why she is doing all those things. 

Tee is now sharing her stories. It is good that they are here to lighten the mood. 

I am now sitting here beside my baby. I am slowly caressing her hand. She is still so beautiful and I am still so in love with her.

I am listening to Tee sharing all their crazy adventures with Sam. Then I felt my hand move like Sam press it. I looked at her but she is sleeping the same. 

Then another press. I look at her again but I don't think she is awake.
Then I went back to listening to Tee and Jim. After a minute or two maybe, I felt it again. Then another one. I looked at her and she is looking straight at me. I was shocked seeing her awake. I could not speak.
