AEW DYNAMITE 1/11/23.
It's been long since Weslyn has seen Dante or Tyler. In fact, she missed out on AEW quite a while, she was busy being focused on family and spending more quality time with them. Especially with her older sister, Chaylyn since she's officially 3 months pregnant now.
But with that being said, Weslyn officially arrived at AEW though she was pretty late in arrival, she was running as fast as she could but her heels wasn't really allowing her to go full speed, she obviously had to be careful running in those. Weslyn would hate to break her ankle during her return to work.
The reason for running, well.....The time on her phone was all messed up so it was inaccurate, she could've had change the phone to the correct time or asked somebody but Weslyn was paranoid thinking that she's super late.
She was about to ask one of the AEW superstar's backstage but her eye caught a clock in sight. Seeing what the time was, she realized that she wasn't entirely late. Weslyn settled down for a moment and sighed of relief.
While giving herself a moment to relax herself, she overheard from one of the AEW staff members talking about the match with Hook and Jungle Boy vs Big Bill and Lee Moriarty, talking on how close the match was getting.
Weslyn's eyes widened 'Shit! That's Tyler's tag match!!' She exclaimed in her own thoughts. Once again, she began to rush her way over, hoping to find a nearby monitor or at least find the curtain to the arena so that she could AT LEAST take a peak of the match. She may have not be extremely late to her job itself but late for Tyler's match.
The suspense was killing her! Plus she was being delayed a bit since a few other staff members were moving some equipment to another spot. So basically it was like going through a major obstical course and it made her even more impatient.
Eventually, Weslyn got into one of the break room's where there was a couch and a monitor. But by the time she arrived, she saw Hook and Jungle Boy Jack Perry with their hands up in victory, soaking in the win as Weslyn muttered to herself. "Damn it! I missed the entire match......." a little disappointed in herself that she did.
But on the other hand, she got the chance to go talk to Tyler since his tag match with Jungle Boy was over. Her lip curled to a soft grin as she had the idea of surprising him so she left the break room and roaming around as she caught a glimpse of Renee Paquette and approached her. "Hey, Renee? You think you could tell me where Hook's dressing room is at? I sort of arranged to interview him tonight"
Yes, Weslyn lied on the interview bit but she didn't want Renee to know her business much. Besides, she would hate if Renee would spill the beans to her close friend or her husband, Jon Moxley. Cause this can possibly lead to everyone spreading rumors all over the wrestling industry or the media.
