Once Karasuno was outside the court, half of the team was wiping their sweats and drinking water while congratulating each other. Kageyama got a bunch of compliments from his team and he thanked them. He was looking for you from left to right, you were no where to be seen. He sighs to himself and continues to drink his water.

He feels a tap on his shoulder, looking back to see you with the genuine smile he always sees whenever you two exchange I love you's. "You did so well today, Tobio." You cup his cheek while he was turning red. "Thank you." You two were having a moment, until Tanaka called you two out. "Hey, love birds! You can continue that later. It's time to celebrate!" Kageyama hidely frowns at the interruption but shrugs it off later on.

"Yay! Celebration!" You eagerly grab Kageyama's hand and his bag to celebrate their win against Seijoh. You all hop into the car and the whole team was remaking the whole best moments at their match today, while Kageyama was just telling stories about him and Oikawa in the past. "And now he told me that they have 1 win and 1 lost'. I didn't know what to say, so I just turned my back at him."

You let him continue talking until he's done and you say all the things he needed to hear. "Trust me, he'll probably root on you once you're up against Shiratorizawa and nationals. I mean, you did really well today don't you think?" You make eye contact with him, he nods his head and follows something that made you flustered.

"I did well today, maybe it's because you were there." He lowers his head and smiles to himself, you were dumbfounded by his response. You couldn't comprehend a word from it, "You need to stop getting me caught off guard." You turn your gaze to another direction playfully, "Okay, okay, I'm sorry." He chuckles and slowly makes you face him, smiling.

"Kageyama, L/n, are you two gonna get off the bus or what?" You didn't even notice that all of them were already off the bus. "Of course we will, Sugawara." Kageyama stands up first before you and waits until you finally get off the bus. "Takeda will be treating us Barbecue!" Hinata jumps and squeals out of excitement while entering the restaurant.

After the waiter got all of the orders, Takeda was giving motivation tomorrow because they will be having a match with Shiratorizawa this time. You weren't sure if you could come because Yachi informed you that there was a project due on that day and it was 60% of your final grade, you still haven't let Kageyama know about it since you didn't want him to feel already so down right after he won a match.

Flashbacks while the Seijoh and Karasuno match was on going, Yachi was telling you about the project that was due tomorrow. "L/n, it's 60% of our final grade..." Your eyes widen in shock, you knew you had to prioritize your project first before this but it seems like you mind wasn't comprehending on how to put two together. Yachi notices that you were struggling on how to maintain it, so she gives you an idea on how to attend the match and do the project on the same day.

"After eating, we'll all go to the gym and discuss a few things about Shiratorizawa." Ukai says as he taps the table repeatedly, looking at the three managers. Hinata and Nishinoya were talking about Oikawa's expression when he didn't receive his spike, you and Kageyama weren't sitting next to each other. You were sitting next to Yachi and Kiyoko who also seemed to be chatting, until they called you.

"L/n?" You look at Kiyoko, muttering out a 'hm'. "You also did some research about Shiratorizawa, right?" Kiyoko whispers to your ear. "Yes, I sent my files to Yachi and she just printed it out. Maybe that's why the papers were a little thick." Yachi agrees with your response, "ah, okay then." After you three chatted for a while, Takeda takes out the barbecue from the grill and places it on an empty plate. "Let's eat!"

You two finally reach Miyagi and walking home, you still haven't told Kageyama about the project and you were contemplating if you should tell him or not. "L/n, will you attend the match tomorrow?" He asks you straightforwardly, breaking the ice. "Of course I will, it's the finals." Inside, you weren't so sure about that. "Mhm..." He responds, looking at the houses. "Why?" The curious you asks, going near him. "Nothing," You wanted to ask why, but figured out he was probably tired.
