Ed's P.O.V
I'm currently sitting in the game room, playing GTA against my mate, and I am beating her. I laugh, and my mate pouts before putting down her PSP and sitting on my lap. I instantly wrap my arms around her waist on instinct, so she doesn't fall. My cutie, I like the sound of that. "Me too" Kaiby, my wolf purred, yes purred happily. I shook my head and focused back on my beautiful mate. Just thinking about her brought a smile to my face. Smiling, I hugged my mate tightly, never wanting to let go. She hugged back, and sighed happily. She pulled back, and I looked her in the eyes, then I glanced at her lips, silently asking for permission. She said nothing, just stared at my lips. We moved closer, until I could feel her breathe on my lips. Just as we were about to finally kiss, her phone rang. I growled, silently hating her phone for disturbing us. She sighed and answered her phone. I blocked her sweet voice out, and mindlinked Husi, my best friend and Beta. We spoke for a couple of mins before I said goodbye. Ally came back in the room, and her face said it for me. "Your dad?" I guessed. She nodded glumly. "He wants me back home or he'll hit- be very sad as he misses me" did she just say hit? Her father wouldn't.., would he? Clearing my thoughts so she couldn't read my mind, I smiled and hugged her tightly, and walked her to the door. "I'll see you at school tomorrow" she said and began her walk home. I watched her retreating figure until I could no longer see her. I walked back inside and walked to my room. Laying down on my bed, I slowly yet surely drifted off to sleep, dreaming of my mate.
