Ally's P.O.V

Ok, so today is the 15th of October. Tomorrow is my mates little brother's birthday, and he'll be 8. Of course, anyone who turns 8 thinks their a grown up, so for a day they boss you around, and you let them, because it's their special day, and they should be happy on that day that only comes once a year. Anyways, today I have some interesting news. There's a new girl in our school, and her name's Amber. She's nice, with brown curly hair and blue eyes. She's kind and she's sharing. She's only been in our school for a month, but I feel like I've known her for years. We laugh over random things, we have our own private jokes, and it's been a while since I've laughed so hard. Right now, we're both trying really hard not to laugh. Why? because we're in assembly, and we're expected to be quiet. But, as I said, we both started randomly laughing. Of course, we had to cough to cover it up, but I don't think it worked.

Changing subject, today I had triple science, and it was a nightmare. Well, I only went to two of the science lessons, I went home early due to me feeling under the weather, (possibly casual food poisoning, but I'm ok) but 2 lessons was enough. I also had Food Tech, or Cooking ,whatever you want to call it, and we got some news. Our teacher, Mrs Allard, told us she will be entering some of our class members into the Little Chef competition. The Little Chef's competition is basically where you have to prepare, cook and present a 3-course meal in 2 hours. We spent the lesson preparing a menu for the competition, but I don't think I'll be doing it, seeing as I don't work well under pressure. Year 10 is proving to be stressful, but I'll survive, if I've made it through years of abuse, I sure as hell can make it through this. All I can say is year 11 is going to be a LOT harder.

Tomorrow I have college, and it's great. I've made friends, and I've lost friends. Me and my friend Beth are doing Animal Care Level 2, and we've learnt and done so much over the past month.  We've walked Alpacas, we've cleaned out Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Rats and Chinchillas. We've held them and we've secretly given them names. Caroline Bull, our teacher/tutor, is amazing, though a little strange. She calls us squirrels and chickens, but she's an amazing teacher. She calls me and Beth the "Alpaca Tamers", because we were the only people who stepped up and did the job 'perfectly'.

I realise I haven't mentioned my mate, so I will do now. He's doing great, running a pack is stressful, and he's handling the job amazingly . Any pack issues are dealt with quickly and properly. I'm actually thinking of changing packs, if he'll let me. But don't tell my father, he'll only start a war. My mate turns 18 on the 26th of this month, and people are starting to worry for me. I mean, I'm not worried, I trust him, but other people are putting words in my head and it's really irritating me. I can't wait for his birthday, I'm hoping to surprise him, but I doubt it'll work, seeing as he knows I'm coming (not in dirty way)

I just hope nothing bad will happen.......
