Pt. 6

Noya layed in his bed unable to fall back asleep. "I can't believe I actually sent that." He thought. "What was a I thinking?" His alarm suddenly went off startling him. "If I hurry up and leave I can avoid seeing Asahi." He threw on his uniform and swung his backpack onto his arm.

"Yuu!" Nini called.

"Yes?"

"You better not do anything stupid today."

"Oh Shut up!" He said laughing as he ran outside. He ran down the street until suddenly he slammed into something.

"Son of a bitch!" He said.

"Where the hell are you going so fast?!" Suga said.

"Oh shit! I thought I actually ran into a wall."

"Yeah well maybe you should have done that instead of knocking me over!"

"Whoops."

"Answer my question."

"I may or may not have asked Asahi if he liked me over text at like five am."

"And now you're avoiding him?" Suga said as he helped Noya stand up.

"Yeah. Can we please go now?!"

"Alright, alright! I've never seen you so nervous before."

"Shut up."

"Do you really want to go down this rabbit hole right now?"

"Not really."

The two boys walked into the gym and past Hinata to go into the locker room.

"Noya get over here and sit on the bench right now." Ukai said.

"At least let me put my stuff away!"

"Quickly." Noya ran into the locker room.

"What will I do if Asahi comes while I'm in here?!"

"Do you even know if he read the text?"

"No."

"Then check idiot!" Noya whipped out his phone and went to check his messages with Asahi.

"He texted back!"

"What does it say?"

"I don't know I'm too scared to read it!"

"Let me read it."

"Not out loud!"

"Please chill out." Suga said reading Asahi's texts. "You sure you don't want to read this?"

"I cant. Asahi's probably close I need to hide!"

"I could hide you in the closet."

"It works." Suga led Noya to the closet. "Grab something so Ukai doesn't get suspicious."

"He's already suspicious dumbass."

"Suga what are you doing in there!" Ukai yelled.

"I just had to get something!" Suga yelled back as he ran out.

"I'm alone. I can't leave. If I leave Asahi will see me and he might try to talk to me." Noya thought.

"Nishinoya get your ass out here!" Ukai called. Noya could hear him coming closer.

"That kid better get out of there. I know he's not getting something considering he can't even play." Ukai thought.

Suga went and stood by Daichi.

"How loud do you think he's gonna yell in there?" Suga asked.

"No clue. Why is Noya in there anyways?"
