They made it back to the path and started to head toward Snowdin Town. Nobody said anything as they made their way toward the town. When they arrived at the town a few of the monsters there tried greeting Sans as he made his way through, but stopped themselves as they noticed he was not in the best of moods and turned their attention to the Player. They started to talk amongst themselves about what could have happened, remembering when Papyrus came through and asked everyone if they saw his brother. They both were able to notice this and guessed it wouldn't be long for word to spread out of town and to the rest of the underground that a human had arrived.

They finally arrived at their destination, Sans' house. As they went inside the house Sans called out his brother's name to see if he was there but discovered that no one else was there. He decided that it would be best to go look for him.

He told Player and Flowey to stay here until he gets back, Player asked him what they would do until he came back. He quickly looked around the room and saw the tv remote lying beside his pet rock. He grabbed the remote and tossed it to them as he went out the door and left the house without saying a word.

"So are we going to leave now?"

"Nope"

They started to look around a bit to get a better look at the house. While they did the meanwhile in Waterfall Sans was asking around to see if anyone has seen his brother. Thanks to the echo flower explainer he learned that his brother was in the area. So he looked around taking a few shortcuts, he stopped near Napstablook's house as he heard a familiar voice. At the local snail farm, he saw his brother talking to the residents.

Sans started to walk closer to the farm and called out to his brother to get his attention. "so are they recruiting snails now?"

The taller skeleton turned his attention to who was calling out and looked happy as he saw that it was the brother he was looking everywhere for.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" He started asking many questions as he ran over towards him. "I HEARD ONE OF YOUR ATTACKS GO OFF IN SNOWDIN SO I WENT TO GO CHECK ON YOU, BUT WHEN I ARRIVED YOU WEREN'T THERE. IS EVERYTHING ALRIGHT?"

"sorry about that i just had some work to do"

They started to make their way out of Waterfall by heading towards where the river person would give monsters rides to and from different locations.

"well be warned he's a human so he's a bit weird."

"SANS, YOU SHOULDN'T SAY THAT ABOUT PEOPLE ESPECIALLY NEW FRIENDS. NOW HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF- WAIT DID YOU SAY THAT THERE HUMAN?"

"yeah, i think so at least. like i said before, he's kinda weird."

"WHERE ARE THEY NOW? ARE THEY ALREADY AT NEW HOME!?"

"nah i left them back at home"

As they waited for the river person to come, Papyrus excitedly continued to ask questions about Sans' new human friend. Things ranging from how he was able to capture them to if they went through any of the puzzles.

Sans did his best to come up with a convincing story, thinking of which scenario would be the best. What he ended up coming up with was that when the human showed up he got startled which caused one of his attacks to go off and it caused the human to run away and that the whole time he was missing he was just out searching for them.

The river person then arrived to take them back to Snowdin. When they arrived there Papyrus hopped off the boat and excitedly ran towards their home dragging Sans along. The locals were happy to see that he was able to find his 'missing brother' and to see that Sans seemed to be in a better mood.
