When marinette got out of bed she looked at the calendar and let out an excited squeal.

January 2!

World Introvert day!

Yes it's actually a day.

To be perfectly honest its Marinette's favourite day of the year. She enjoys it even more than her birthday. Mostly because her friends always throw her a huge party on her birthday even through she said she wanted to just watch a movie at home with her closest friends. They never listened. She was grateful that they wanted to spoil her but seriously there's only so much socialising she can take. Her last birthday when they through her the surprise party she ended up having a mental break down after since she wasn't able to get any down time.

Marinette rushed out of bed and got into her most comfortable hoodie and Leggings. Putting her phone on silent, she went downstairs and laid on the couch pulling her waited blanket over her and picked up a book.

Pride and prejudice.

Her mum walked into the lounge and saw her daughter on the couch and smiled.

"world Introvert day?"

Marinette didn't even look up she just nodded.

The woman hummed and left the room coming back moments later with a tray of marinette's favourite foods and placed it on the living room table.

There was macaroons, chocolate, Doritos, strawberry jelly, croissants, fresh strawberries, rice cakes, and a large bottle of iced tea.

When Marinette saw the tray her eyes lit up.

"thanks mama! You're the best!"

"with the amount of babysitting and favours you have been doing for the class I think you deserve it." the older woman said with a smile.

To be perfectly honest, Sabin was getting increasingly worried about her daughter.

The girl was extremely introverted but the class are always forcing her to socialise. She has been forced to be friends with the whole class by the teacher and forced to babysit or make things for free. The class never listened when she said she didn't want to do something, they just called her selfish and gave her the cold shoulder until she gave in. So when Sabin saw her daughter finally taking some time for her self she felt proud. Even if it was just for January 2.

A few hours passed and Marinette's day had been awesome.

She had sat on the couch and read for most of the morning, but still done some designing. All was right with the world until Alya barged into the living room.

"why the hell weren't you answering your phone!?"
