The class was confused. Marinette disappeared from school for 2 weeks, and came back today, but she was different.

Gone were her pig tails, pink jeans, white t-shirt, pink ballet shoes and grey jacket. The were all now replaced with dark clothing.

Black jeans, dark red leather jacket, black singlet top that had the batman logo on it in red, leather bracelets, black choker necklace, platform black combat boots, hair tied up in a neat high ponytail. Dark red lipstick coated her lips. To put it simply she looked like a total bad ass!It wasn't just looks, her personality had changed too. She was more confident and sassy. So much so that the class was too scared to talk to her, well most of the class.

"Hey Mari! How was Gotham?"

"hi Nino! It was pretty fun. Its been a while since I've been able to hang out with dad! Although he was quite busy so I just hung out with Damien and Jon. Mum even took me to work for a day and showed me the ropes. It was so fun!" Nino smiled at his childhood friends antiques. 'Some things never change' he thought to himself. Suddenly a smirk spread across his face.

" So, How are things with Damien? "

A light blush coated marinette's cheeks.

" we-well how are things with you and Sabrina?" she replied smugly. Nino and Sabrina blushed and alya scoffed across the room.

"we have a date this weekend." marinette gushed at the cuteness of the couple. She smiled and then sighed.

"Damien took me out to the carnival. We had so much fun!"

The conversation continued until the bell rang and everyone was forced to stop listening in on someone else's conversation in order to focus on the lesson.

At lunch everyone couldn't help but look at the miraculous squad. They looked so cool compared to the rest of the school.

Marinette became to hot in her jacket since she had gotten used to the weather in Gotham, so she slipped the jacket off. She then continued on the conversation with Chloe before pausing abruptly.

"Alex what are you doing?"

Marinette looked at the pink head who was squeezing her bicep.

"I forgot how jacked you are."

Marinette laughed nervously.

"yeah my dad is very big on me going to the gym."

Suddenly she had all the fitness buffs kneeling around her screaming "teach us your ways"Next thing the school knew marinette was having arm wrestles with all the strongest people in the school, and winning!

At the end of the day the class had finally gotten out of their shock and went up to marinette for answers.
