[8:00 AM - Artist Alley's Residence - [Y/N]'s Apartment]

Rise and shine to the morning breeze, birds chirping alongside the sounds of traffic. [Y/N] sits up on their bed stretching with a groan. Nothing particularly important is happening today as they have no plans of seeing either Gavins or going outside.

Therefore, they're spending the day planning about how to tackle law school and running away from the prosecutions. Honestly, they're starting to doubt Prosecutor Edgeworth is actually taking action considering how they haven't heard a single thing about the man. Not even rumors.

[Y/N] gets out of bed before making it tidy and neat. They make their way to their closet to grab a towel and beeline toward the bathroom to freshen up. The sound of shower pours in the stall, the silhouette of them seen on the foggy glass. After finishing, [Y/N] cleanses their face and brushes their teeth in front of the sink with a mirror.

Taking a proper look at their face makes them realize how tired they look. 'Maybe I need to use concealer for these eyebags... No, maybe even a color corrector too.' Dark bags droop their half-lidded eyes. They need to take things easy for now, especially since they're going to tackle even more conflicts in the future.

Spitting the toothpaste they wipe off their face with the towel.

[Fun fact: you don't have to gargle off the toothpaste completely when you brush your teeth. It is recommended to only spit it out until you feel clean, the leftover toothpaste acts as a barrier or conditioner to further improve gum and teeth strength.]

Slipping on a fresh new t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants, [Y/N] grabs their phone by the bed and makes their way into the living room to sit down on the couch facing the TV. They realized they needed breakfast but it can wait until brunch to cover both breakfast and lunch thus saving money. It's still early in the morning anyway

With a sigh, they grab a notebook and pen from the coffee table in front of them. Turning on the TV for white noise, they flip open the book and click their pen. Right when the tip of the ink touches the blank page, they hesitate. 'Should I discuss this with Kristoph first?' A thought runs through their mind.

Perhaps they should carve out a plan first and then consult the attorney. Yes, that seems more rational. They can't keep depending on the man for every little thing.

Right, let's not waste time.

Let's start with education.

Law school is known to be extremely difficult to pass, raking over 20% of students dropping out on average. [Y/N] knows damn well they can't focus on too many things simultaneously so the weekdays and a day on the weekends will serve for study. It sounds like a lot but they've handled worse. Materials aren't much of a concern since they have a direct source of the attorney himself. They can even attend the courtroom gallery under his name.

Finance. Ugh, this is tough. Where on earth can they even obtain money as a law student? Time is of the essence and they have none. As sad as it is, they have no choice but to depend on the Gavins for now. At least they don't have to worry about money.

The pen scratches as it writes, wooden paper marked with black ink in cursive writing. The palm-sized notebook is small to write but easy to carry and that's more important. They can't let anyone see this, especially considering the thing of interest they're about to jot down right now.

"Now, how am I supposed to handle Prosecutor Edgeworth...?"

Kristoph clicks his glasses in place as he walks into the office with a briefcase in hand. The man wants to settle the prosecution issue before it escalates and the wisest decision is to find the gullible detective.
