"How's Nikole?" Christy asked.
"She's amazing." Klaus replied with a small smile. "Adorable. And she's been crawling around a little."
"Yeah. I know." Christy said.
"By the way, I have something for you." Klaus said, slowly walking over to the curved sofa. He unfastens his duffle bag, gently pulling out a dress. "Do you like it?"
"Gosh." Christy said in awe at the dress. She gently sets down her paintbrush on the coffee table and slowly walks up to Klaus. "It's beautiful. I love it."
"I made it for you." Klaus said.
Christy looks at her husband, Klaus. "You made this? I'm pretty sure you compelled someone to make this dress."
"Okay, I compelled someone to make the dress." Klaus said. "I was hoping that you could wear it for the formal dance at the compound."
"Yeah, sure." Christy said. "Or is this you asking me to the formal dance?"
"Of course." Klaus said.
Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. And she gently takes her dress in her hands.
