FlashBack - Primordial A.D.
Preteen Christy, wearing a nightgown, is wandering around in the hallway. She slowly walks inside her parent's bedroom and looks at a note on her mother's, Nadia's vanity mirror table.
Christy looks at the note, which says the incantation, " 'Asrith vito zantos' ".And so Christy reads it. " 'Asrith vito . . . ." she starts to say.
But Nadia cuts her daughter off. "Christiana? Don't."
Christy looks at her Mom. "Mommy?"
Nadia walks up to Christy, folds up the note and puts it inside a drawer. "I shouldn't have left that out."
"What is it, Mommy?" Christy asked, looking up at her.
"It's an incantation. A not good incantation." Nadia said, crouched down to her. "How about a bedtime snack?"
"Dates fruit." Christy said with a small smile.
Nadia and Christy exchange small smiles. Nadia gets back up to her feet. She and Nadia gently holds each other's hands as they walks away.
Present Day
Christy slowly opens her eyes and looks at the buildings again. Klaus slowly walks up behind her and gently wraps his arms around her waist.
"Penny for your thoughts?" Klaus asked, gently resting his chin on her shoulder.
"I've seen the incantation before when I was a child." Christy said to him, and turns around to look at him. "Maybe, there is a little monster within me. I don't know what's gonna happen to me with Thalia's premonition of me."
