I lay in bed in the dark, haven't been able to get out of bed to do anything to depressed. I missed school and haven't showered or eat much. ''What's the point?'' I thought. ''Why do i have to lived?'' I think again. As my mom came in and check in on me.

Iris: hey sweetie, I'm heading to work, will you be okay?

I stayed silence.

Iris: alright but please don't do anything to hurt yourself, call me if you feel like hurting okay? I love you baby girl remember that.

Nicole: (say softly) I-I love you to mom...

Iris: I'll be back later call me if you need anything okay?

I nods as my mom come towards me and kiss my head and exit my room. As I felt my eyes getting heaving and drifts off to sleep.

(The Next Day - The Football Game)

I here with my teammates, As I look at the bleacher and look for Brielle, As my game is about to start.

Coach Millie: West-Allen! you ready?

I get snapped back to reality and faced my coach.

Young Nicole: Uh- Yes ma'am

Coach Millie: If you want to win... I'm going to need your head in the game

Young Nicole: Yes coach I'm ready

Coach Millie: alright, go warm up we'll start in a bit

I nods and warm up, after looking at the bleacher one more time.

As me and my mom walks towards the school stadium, As me and my mom walking on the bleachers finding a spot, as i see Nikki in her football uniform and see her putting on her headgear as she look at me, we made eye contact for a bit as the coaches of both team blow the whistle and the two teams get in place on the field and the game starts, as Nicole catch the ball that was thrown to her and ran real fast as she made a touchdown, scoreboard is to 1-0 Nikki is already starting good, ''Am I really her good luck charm?'' I thought.
