The next morning, Ellie, in her blue hoodie, green joggers, and black Adias shoes, walked up to the Cummings Life Science Center, and ran into Drew Gilbert.
"Drew, I do have a job. I work at the Andy's Jazz Club & Restaurant as a singing waitress. What about you?" she asked.
"Oh, me. I've applied to be a cashier at the nearby Walmart. My application has just been accepted, and I start work in a couple of days." Drew replied.
"I see. I was planning a date for us to dance, and I'll be singing a song." Ellie added.
"Good morning students." said the professor. He continued the lesson for an hour, and after that, Ellie and Drew sat on the bench.
"I have a 1973 Plymouth Duster, and it's painted in tan. I'm looking forward to that dance date. The question is, when?" Drew asked.
"I might do that tomorrow night. I look forward to that dance." Ellie replied.
"So do I. I have a black suit with an orange tie. Ellie, what about you?" Drew asked.
"I've got a red dress that I want to wear when we do that dance date." Ellie added.
The two have found something that they look forward to, despite Ellie's repressed memories.
