"just grab me cheetos pleasee" i say to my brother as he was at the deli getting snacks for me since i aint wanna go
he says okay before hanging up
i hear a ring at the doorbell and go to answer it
i look threw the peephole and see flowers with a big teddy bear
i look around confused as i open the door then look around outside
"mhmm" i say before grabbing it and taking it inside
i look at the tag to see who it was from and i see the name notti
i didnt know anyone named notti so i was confused
"ay nai im back" i hear my brother yell from the living room
he walks into the kitchen with bags before dropping them walking over to were i was
"who dis from?" he asks looking at it
i shrug my shoulders
"uh okay well ima go out so be safe ill see you later, love you" he says before walking out
im standing there un confusion on who the hell sent this shit
i thought maybe someone got the wrong address or something

"bro aint no way you still looking at her insta" dd says walking into the room as i was looking at pictures of nailea
"nigga shut up" i say before going back to look at pictures
he snatchs my phone from me before running away with it
he runs outside all the way down the street
i was chasing after him as we passed by naileas house
her window curtains were open and i see her with the bear and flowers i got her..
the way i found out about nailea was threw instagram, well we go to the same school but i dont think she knows that since theres over 300 kids just in our grade and the school is massive
and dd says that im obsessed but i think its normal to have a crush
i decided that i was gonna go talk to her
*knock knock knock*
she opens the door and smiles
"hi?" she says kindly not rude
"uh -hi i just wanted you to know that i was the one that sent you the flowers and bear" i say looking at her as she looks sorta.. scared
"do, do i know you?" she asks once again not rude but just confused
"i uhm i go to your school" i say looking down lowkey embarrsed
she nods her head as an ohh
"well thank you i guess" she says before going to close the door
i put my foot at the bottom stopping her
"wait"
she opens it back up slowly in confusion
"look i been liking you for a while and i was wondering if you wanted to date?" i say confidently
her face drops a little
"oh uhm thank you but- i think im okay" she says before officially closing the door
i knew she wanted me but i could tell she wasnt ready yet
