Man this house looks like it's been empty for 100 years. Tasha told her mom. They just arrived a few hours ago in the small town of Hudson. They were looking up at the house they would soon be calling their home. It was an old house that needed alot of work but it was really huge. It was a faded green color and the paint was peeling. The shutters were falling apart and some were even missing. Tasha and her mother had their work cut out for them but they were very excited about starting a new life in a new town. A few months back Tasha's father passed away suddenly of a heart attack and they both were ready to move passed that. Anita (Tasha's mother) slowly unlocked the lock on the door. The door squeaked loudly as it opened. There were cobwebs all over the place but it was a nice house. As you walked in the living room was to the left and the kitchen connected to it. To the right of the doorway was a set of stairs. Behind the staircase was a closet. Up the stairs were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms then there was another set of stairs that went to a small room that had a bay window with a seat. I found my room mom. Tasha loved the room she had picked for herself. The house came furnished and there was a cute day bed caddy cornered on the right hand side. It had a huge walk in closet. There were drawings on an easel, whoever drew these pictures sure could draw. Tasha continued to look around the room and then she found an old picture album in one of the drawers in the old desk that lay against the wall. There were old family portraits that had to be from a hundred years ago or more. Tasha came across a picture of a family. It was a couple with 3 children. Two of the children were boys but the third child she couldn't tell because the face of the picture was scratched out. I wonder who this person is, she thought....
