Her Name

Strange Dreams

Tasha continued to go through her room and sort through things. She found a box in the closet containing some more old photographs and yet again all of them had one person's face scratched out of them. She found one picture that had the date April 1875 on the back. She put the photographs back in the box and put it away. She thought those old things would make some good decoration pieces once she got done unpacking and cleaning her room. After about 2 hours of cleaning Tasha finally had her room all shiny and clean. She was beat. Her mom was a nurse at the hospital so she worked all the time and didn't get home until late at night. Tasha ate some pizza and then she went back upstairs to get ready for bed. She started to read a good book when she dozed off. Papa no!! Tasha jumped up and heard a strange slamming door. She took a flashlight and crept around the house to see what it was. Down the hall the noise got louder and then Tasha realized it was shutter on the hall window slamming against the house. The wind was blowing pretty hard that night. Tasha went back to bed and fell asleep and yet again she had the same dream. It was of a young girl running and someone was after her and the girl screamed papa no!! Tasha tossed and turned all night and didn't sleep very well because she had the same dream over and over. I wonder if this dream means anything or if it's just my imagination? The next morning Tasha decided she was going to go investigate the strange dream she kept having but where would she start. Ah ha I will look up the date April 1875 and see what I come up with....
