He also has scars on his face, arms, legs, and back.

Personality: He comes off as very cold and unapproachable to people he doesn't know well. He usually keeps to himself and speaks his mind, even if he comes off rude. He has a hard time trusting people, so he acts cold so they leave him alone. With people he is close with, he becomes less cold and opens up. He's usually the voice of reason and will tell someone if they're being stupid. He also likes to encourage chaotic behavior since it makes things livelier. He can also get flustered very easily.
Backstory: He was kidnapped when he was really young by a group of scientists who wanted to test on him since they never seen his kind before. He went through painful experiments for 15 years, being pushed beyond his limits. One of the experiments caused him to go completely blind. He was rescued by Comet who found out about this experiment. They both escaped the facility when it mysteriously blew up. Comet took Ruben back to his place and nursed him back to health. He was the one that made Ruben the lightning clip so he can see.
Likes: Being alone, his boyfriend Asher, head pats, cuddles, food, causing chaos, and learning self defense
Dislikes: Needles, labs, scientists, strangers in general, people he doesn't know touching him, yelling, being cold, getting flustered, and the people he cares for being hurt

Other: The lightning bolt clip makes him see people's body heat, so he knows who he is talking to based on their body heat and general outline. He encourages Alex, Jade, and Zach's, mermen that also lives there, chaotic behavior and pranks. He knows that Asher is always near him even if Asher thinks he can't sense him, but he doesn't mind as long he's left alone. He doesn't remember his biological family before he was kidnapped. He's really good at fighting and defending himself.
