He wears a white shirt with two black outlined squares intersecting with each other from one corner, a jean jacket with different patches on each sleeve, black pants with white stripes on the sides, and black and white shoes. He also has his left ear pierced, though he only wears one earring: a silver diamond shoe that dangles down.

Personality: Axel is very outgoing and bubbly person. He loves taking part in different activities and wants to experience all sorts of different things in his life. He is a very positive person, always looking at the bright side of things. He doesn't care how others perceive him, he just enjoys doing what he wants freely, not allowing anyone to tell him what he can or can't do. He can also be quite childish and dramatic, though he picked that up from being surrounded by children almost all the time. He is also a very touchy person, enjoying any kind of physical touch, so he usually touches people that he knows really well a LOT, such as placing a hand on someone's shoulder or giving out hugs. However, he does not do well with talking about his emotions, more specifically any negative emotions. He's fine commenting on why he's feeling happy or excited, but he has a hard doing the same with negative emotions, making him bottle them up until they become overwhelming for him. So he tries to pretend that negative emotions don't exist to him and that he never experiences them ever.
Backstory: Axel and his sister were dropped off in front of an orphanage at a very young age, him being 2 while his sister was 3. No one at the orphanage knew who dropped them off or where they cane from, but they took them in regardless. They lived there for a few years, being taken care of by the kind caretakers and playing with the other children and teenagers that reside there. One day when he was seven and his sister was eight, something unexpected happened. They were outside in the garden playing with the other children as they usually did. All was fine until him and his sister noticed one unsuspecting kid was about to get a basketball to the head from a terrible shot another kid had played. His sister and him both quickly rushed to catch the basketball before it hit the kid. When they both jumped to catch it, they collided with each other and were engulfed by blinding light. When the light dimmed, an entirely new person stood there with the basketball instead, Axel and his sister no where in sight. All of the children that witnessed it stood there in shock while this new person stood there confused. The person glowed white once again, not as blinding as the first time, as Axel and his sister repelled from one another onto the ground. After getting over the initial shock, the children quickly raced to the two with curiosity and excitement instead of being freaked out. The siblings had no clue what just happened, but they were excited themselves on this new discovery they made. Of course the kids told the adults and teenagers what happened, though they played it off as kids being imaginative, which the siblings didn't mind. As more years went by they mastered this "skill" they had and using it to entertain the children. By the time they were 18, no one had adopted them. They were barely looked at when potential adopters came in, so they were usually ignored. Usually at 18 they would be kicked out and fend for themselves, but the kind head caretaker there offer them to stay by becoming caretakers themselves, which they happily agreed to once they turned 18. Ever since then, Axel has been looking over the children and taking care of them since he can keep up with their energy until they are adopted.
Likes: Children, his sister, cooking, cleaning, sewing, making new patches for his jean jacket, trying new things, fusing, and lively places.
Dislikes: Silence, experiencing any negative emotion or thoughts, people trying to tell him what he or can't do, the dark, confined spaces, when the children fight, reading, people getting hurt, and bugs.
Abilities: Fusion magic, an ancient magic that rarely anyone knew long ago because of how complex and difficult it was to learn this magic. For someone to successfully use this magic, the person and the other person have to have similar thoughts and feelings if not the exact same while also having physical contact with each other in some way. It's easier for someone with this magic to fuse with someone else with this magic as well. However, they can fuse with someone that does not possess this magic. It's very difficult, but not impossible. Another perk is this magic grants the fusion a power that only that fusion alone can wield. This power cannot be used if the two people are not fused.

Other: Axel believes he can only fuse with his sister since he has not been able to fuse with anyone else. He is completely oblivious with how his magic functions, so he is not aware that he is able to fuse with other people, whether they have this magic or not. Him and his sister's fusion possesses water abilities where they control, manipulate, and create water with their hands and fingers. Speaking of fingers, for someone he likes messing with fingers by just holding them or moving them with his hands. He does this with his own fingers, but he prefers holding other people's fingers and messing with them since he finds it relaxing. He could do it for hours if he was allowed to. He has a bit of a shopping addiction when it came to clothes and anything sewing related, and his closet is paying the price. He can't help but feel a little envious every time he sees a child or teenager get adopted since he wasn't, though he usually pushes that feeling down and pretends it doesn't exist.
