Personality: She's very quiet since she developed selective mutism during her childhood. She communicates through sign language or writing on paper. She can be skittish around people she doesn't know, but she tries her best to interact with them. She's very helpful and friendly whenever there's a problem. She's also very intelligent and is quick with solving problems. She only speaks around people she knows, but she doesn't speak often. When she does speak, she's very quiet and soft, and that's as loud she can make her voice.
Backstory: She didn't grow up in the healthiest of households. Her parents were criminals who used their unique magic to commit a variety of crimes: from robbery to murder. When her parents realized she wasn't going to follow their footsteps, they began to abuse her and treat her like she's garbage. After years of abuse, her parents were finally caught by the Administration of Magic, which is basically the government for magic users and enforces laws when it comes to said users. Her parents were executed for their crimes and she stayed with the Administration until they could find her a home. They finally found her a home with a human scientist named Comet, who is well versed in the supernatural and houses those beings. Now she's been living with him in his mansion and the other inhabitants since then.

Abilities: She can use shadows to create illusions, she can travel through shadows as a teleporting mechanism, and she taught herself healing magic
Occupation: Comet's Personal Assistant
Other: It takes a lot of concentration to create illusions and she needs to have a clear vision of what she wants to create. Also, she needs a big enough shadow area that her hands can fit in to successfully use this ability, though the bigger a shady area is, the bigger the shadow is. She can bring up to 2 people with her when traveling by shadow, but they can not open their eyes if they do not possess shadow magic, otherwise the shadow network could damage their sight. She can only heal cuts, scrapes, bruises, and small fractures. Using magic causes her to use a lot of energy, and if she over exerts herself, then she will be immobilized for a few days. Sometimes when she is curious about something, she'll touch it if she knows it is safe to touch. She's currently being homeschooled by Comet. She sees Comet as a father figure and Evie, one of the other inhabitants, as a mother figure. She likes to help Hart, Comet's butler, clean whenever she can as a thank you for Comet taking her in.
