The misty meadows would make it hard for any ordinary witch or wizard to pass through it hung so think you wouldn't be able to make out the silhouettes. Passing through.
Lady Fran with a wave of her wand simply made the mist just visible enough to allow you both to pass through.
You both had been walking through like this for two days, though using your broom would have been more efficient, brooms were not allowed here in this sacred area.
You had to pay your respects nicely if you don't mind.

"I should've taken you here a long time ago, but you did not apply for the flying dual. Now, here I want you to do one thing." Lady Fran spoke.

"Yes?" You asked curiously and anxious.

"The Triwizard tournament is at the end of September. And this mission sent to you has already, violated the rules of time turner." Lady Fran's voice became colder than the area you were which. "The mission is to be completed end of the year." She ordered.

"Yes." You said, "And you're going to take part in the tri-wizard tournament, which I hope you'll have no problem? Oui?"

You nodded in agreement.

You opened your eyes shuffling over the covers of the soft comforter in the Hogwarts chambers.
Stretching yourself out, you checked your watch, 4am. It read.
You recalled your communication with your teacher and decided to write a letter to Dumbledore.

Professor Dumbledore,

Subject- Regarding the Tri-wizard Tournament.

By the orders of Lady Fran, I have to ask you to allow me to enter the Tri-wizard Tournament,
Though right now we have no rules of age limit, I'm certain you're going to make one.
And I have to say, me in the tournament is absolutely necessary. For reasons I'm not allowed to disclose.

Thanking you,
Y/n Harrison

You sealed the envelope and dispatched through your owl.
You then got out of the bed and got ready to train.

Training was a sole significance in everything.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The usual Hogwart classes took place normally, and you remembered Lady Fran's threats, yes, you had to do it and the deadline was just this year and you could finally rest.

It was Dumbledore's class and you were in Transfiguration. And Dippet was going around his usual rounds to make sure everything was well and good.

You had asked Dumbledore to make a project to work with and to pair you with Tom Riddle.

In a far of distance a brown-haired girl with elaborated locks dusty pink cheeks and her fists curling in a threatening way her jade green eyes narrowed towards you, as Dumbledore paired you with Tom Riddle.

"Unbelievable" She cursed under her breath.

"We can meet in the library 4pm?" You asked, though it sounded more of a direct demand.

He nodded and you took of.

"Hey Y/n!" Lily and Alice along with Molly hurried towards you.

"Hey guys, who were you paired up with?"

Lily gave an eye roll, "looks like both are partners are messed up."

"James Potter." Alice and You guessed.

"Stop denying it Lily you like--"

"Molly If you don't shut up right now--"

"You'll do what dear friend?" Molly laughed.

Lily huffed when she found no words to say. "Who are you paired with?" Lily grumbled.

"No one you'd know." Lily turned to Alice "You?"

"Frank." Alice gave a small smile, "Works well enough" You nodded.

"And you paired with Tom huh? can you feel the butterflies?" Alice nudged you jokingly.

"The only thing I feel is harsh glares from miss Greenie right there." You moved your head towards the same girl.

Lily laughed, "Oh, I'm not surprised."

"She's Violet Stoppers." Alice said, "Has had a long crush on Tom and does anything to get to him."

--------------------------------------------------------------------

You met Tom Riddle in the library to see almost him finishing the half the project.

"See, this is why your project will fail."

Tom Riddles eyes narrowed, "Excuse me Harrison, I assure you I will not fail." He said with a bit of venom.

"That you already have, look dumbledore grades on teamwork efficiency, and he can see who has dominated and for the last part you need to have a partner to work on."

Tom gritted his teeth.
"What do you expect us to do?"

"I'll work on the potion then since, you were clever enough to finish the writing I'll get on with bringing it to... life." You said trying to mask your patience with him.

Tom masked a snort, "A potion? You seem to have forgotten it's Transfiguration?"

"And you seemed to have forgotten the antidote? Along with the spell who knows you'll be able to do it or not." You challenged.

Tom was intensely trying to suppress his rage, ever since he met you, you were a plain nuisance.
But after the two hours had gone by, he himself had to put his sky high pride down and admit that you were a good at what you were doing you knew everything every step like you had been doing it forever ago.

"Impressive Miss Harrison, it seems as though you have quite an experience dealing with theses rare plants." Tom Riddle appreciated.

"Okay it's done now, I'll leave it to se tomorrow I'm not free so this weekend?" You confirmed.

"Alright." He agreed.
