"can someone please tell me why we have kakucho's sister with us right now?"

"the boss made an agreement with her- can you stop inhaling the fries?"

they didn't know when, why, or how it was possible for the (h/c) haired girl to join them on their little hang-out today, but she somehow managed the kurokawa izana to let her be a part of it so that she can supervise her little brother.

for heaven's sake- she doesn't even know that the male is actually the leader of tenjiku, not a representative.

kakucho himself tried his hardest. trust me, he really did. he tried to stop his sister from following him that morning, telling her that he was just going on a quick run and would be back before breakfast.

come on, hitto, do you really think that she'll believe you when you're dressed in your tenjiku coat? you need to try harder next time, a+ for the effort, though.

everyone turned to look at the raven haired male who was busy slurping his embarrassment away, sitting far from the group as he stared holes into his sisters head, who was busy sparking up a conversation with the tan-skinned male.

how do you think she'll react when she finds out that he's actually the leader?

"though i do not support my brother into what ever this group is doing... i trust his safety to you." a small smile etched itself onto the (s/c) skin colored females features, stirring her own drink as izana hummed in thought, not fully listening to her because of how crowded his state of mind is at.

"i've known kakucho ever since we met at the orphanage, how come he hasn't told me about his sister?" y/n let out a chuckle, though, it's not one that's laced in anything positive- it's an empty one that shows just how much burden this girl has been carrying all her life.

"that's to be expected, i was never a part of kaku's life ever since i've been sent to hokkaido. we would rarely see each other throughout the year- i'm only allowed to visit him during the holidays."

it's kind of sad, don't you think? to have a brother that you love with all your heart not talk about you to his friends, just because you weren't given the option to stay with him- it's quite heart breaking indeed.

though, kurokawa izana doesn't really care- in all honesty, he cares for nothing but himself and his plans to take down his brother, sano manjiro. so it was to be expected that he really wasn't listening when the (h/c) haired girl was talking.

he couldn't relate to having caring siblings, he only ever had one and he's dead. he couldn't care less if kakucho leaves his own sister, he would even support the male and tell him to focus more on tenjiku- more specifically, to izana himself.

the silver-hair colored male needed an obedient servant, he doesn't need their sisters to ruin his plan.

"hmm, is that so?" he looked down, expecting to meet with a sulking eighteen year old- but he was proven wrong when purple eyes met with curious (e/c) ones.

"you know... i feel like i've seen you somewhere."

is she on drugs? did someone slip in some cocaine into her food that caused her to hallucinate like this? because he would definitely recall if he had met someone with tantalizing and dreamy eyes like hers- she looked like she's out of this world.

something unexplainable was swirling in them, a mix of both danger and safety, something that he wouldn't want to waste his time gazing into.

"i don't think we have."

"funny... i felt like i've seen those eyes of yours in a dream." a sudden wave of realization struck hitto y/n like a truck, eyes widening as her body automatically started drowning out unwanted noises and left her to herself.

that's it... the dream of hers. how can she forget... she's 'special'.

no, y/n, it's nothing but mere coincidences, remember? this has nothing to do with the dream that you had a week ago, you must've just seen similar purple eyes like his in a magazine or in a show- it's all nothing but coincidences.

there are times where she'd praise herself for dreaming something that would turn into a reality a week later- like the news of her getting into the honor roll, that's something worth thanking her wild imagination for.

but god help her if she started dreaming about people themselves... things don't end up well whenever she dreams about someone else.

though, in her dream, it was all vague except for his eyes. so that means nothing, right?

"- okay? y/n, answer me."

the (h/c) haired girl was snapped out of her thoughts when she felt herself being shaken, looking up to see hitto kakucho with a look of confusion and concern etched on his features. she may have not realized it, but her eyes suddenly turned hazy the moment her body went to autopilot, scaring her own brother.

"yeah, i'm good." she said, taking a sip from her drink as everyone slowly went back to what they were doing yet keeping an eye on her because of what happened.

it's not everyday that you get to see someone look like they're in outer space, it's both frightening and amusing to see at the same time.

"what happened? your eyes went all dilated for a moment, are you sure you're okay?"

y/n let out a soft chuckle, giving the raven haired male a pat on the shoulders as she stood up and dusted her clothes off.

"i'm fine kaku, i just need to take a breather for a while, alright?" no one stopped her, watching in silence as she walked out of the booth and out of the restaurant, welcoming the january air like how the people would welcome the winter season.

she took a deep breath in, liking the way on how her breath would fog up, making it look like she's smoking. hitto y/n is such a child sometimes, really.

"those eyes... it really is him in my dreams." she muttered, looking at nothing in particular as the chilly winter air kissed the apples of her cheeks, darkening them as she stood there with her mind occupied on a lot of things.

without a doubt, kurokawa izana is the same guy in her dreams- why?

there's got to be a reason as to why he's appearing whenever she's asleep, she wouldn't dream about something for nothing, it literally came to life a week later.

y/n wanted to tell herself that these were all mere coincidences, and that she stopped getting these 'visions' when she turned eight. but izana is solid proof that no, she still has them, and she's been getting them recently.

for whatever reason there is, she'll get to the bottom of it.

something cold landed on the (h/c) haired girls nose, making her look up to see... nothing?

"i could've sworn there was snow..."

snow is indeed coming, but what comes along the falling of snow?
