Jake 'Hangman' Seresin

It was thanks giving meaning Jake and I were headed back to texas. I thought it was going to be us but my brother insisted on joining us. Jake and I had been dating for 4 years and his mother loved me she invited my brother and I out to texas. "Baby you do know we are only here for like four days," Jake said laughing. "You clearly don't know my sister Jake she needs outfits for everythign and anything," Bradley said laughing in the backseat. I rolled my eyes and looked out the window and saw the plantation and the beautiful animals. We pulled up to the house and i got out and went to get our bags when Jake grabbed my hand and pulled me in.

"Jake our bags," I said looking into his beautiful green eyes. "No baby let me do it go say hi to my mom," He said kissing my head and I nodded nad walked into the house. "Oh my god your hear," Jakes mom said getting up from her chair coming to hug me. "Hi Cyndy," I said hugging her back. "How are you and Jake?" she asked with smile and pulling me to go sit by Glenn on the couch. "We are great he is currently getting our bags with my brother," I said smiling feeling at home with them. "I hope my son is treating you like a princess," His father stated. I knew they never had a good relationship because Glenn wasn't proud of Jake and what he did as work. "He actually treats me like a queen," I say smiling and thinking of everything Jake has done for me. "Hi Mr. and Mrs. Seresin I'm Bradley but I go by Brad," My brother said smiling. "Please call me Cyndy and this is my husband Glenn," Jakes mother said and thats when Jake walked in with our bags and started to head up stairs. "Where do you think your going son come say hi to us will you," His father said in a voice that made me very nervous. "I gotta go put these in our bedroom," Jake said not looking at him. "Go ahead sweety," his mother said with an inviting smile. I got up and followed after Jake the second we got to our room he set the bags down and threw his hat down. "Baby it's okay," I said offering a comforting smile. "He judges me when he dosen't know what i have completed in life," He said nearly in tears," Fuck I have you and that is something I am so damn proud of," Jake said with tears coming down. "Sit down please," I said quietly as I sat on the bed. "Why can't he just be proud of the fact I have come so far," Jake said sitting next to me. "I don't know but I do know your mother is so proud of you and I am too," I said; before i continued i took his face in my hands. "Baby I am so so proud to call you my boyfriend and your father dosen't see how precious you are and how good you are," I said looking him in the eyes. "But you are perfect to me and I know the day will come when your father wakes up and see that too," I said before I kissed him.

"Thank you baby I need that," Jake said before we headed back down stairs and into the living room and sat on the couch. Jake put his hand on my thigh and just rested it there. "Okay dinner will be done at 6:30 until then have fun," Cyndy said and smiled and headed to the kitchen. Jake, Brad, and I headed out to the barn where the horses were. My first christmas with Jake his parents let me have an old mare. Her name was Brandy and she was a gorgeous appaloosa. I got her out and got her saddle on her and went to the pasture where Jake was with his own horse. "Baby are you okay?" I asked because he was staring at the trees. "My sister is coming out tomorrow I just.. I guess I don't want to hear about how successful she is and how her husband is a captain in the Army," He said looking at me. "Well you have me so we can be happy about that," I said and offered him my hand and thats when Brad came up on a Gelding. "Brad you know how to ride a horse?" Jake said in shock. I didnt know how to but Jake taught me. "Yeah uh Kyleigh taught me," Brad said and then I took off into the Pasture and then went back to the barn. "Good girl," I told my horse and then put her away. "Oh my god your here," a voice said behind me. It didn't take a genius to know it was Venessa. Jake's sister she never liked me but Jake didn't care. "Venessa," I said and turned around "Hi," I smiled. It was a fake smile. Thats when Jake and Brad Arrived and the way she looked at my brother made me want to smack her. She was married with two kids my brother would never sleep with a married woman he was more respectable than that. Her husband walked in. Oliver he was alot nicer and he loved me I was like his sister. " Where are your kids?" I asked Oliver. "WIth a nanny why you want one oh wait you can't have them," Vennesa said while laughing.

It was true Jake and I tried for a baby but then we found out that it would be close to impossible for us to have kids. "Venessa don't you know it's a sensitive topic," Jake said protecting me. I looked down and Brad had this look on his face that made me feel protected. After the altercation I fell quiet. After dinner I went to the barn and was sketching when Jake came out and found me. "Hi baby," he said sitting next to me "I know its a sensitive topic," He said. "Jake I've been taking something to help with ovulation," I said not looking him in his eyes. We made a deal that if we were to get pregnant it would be natural no drugs or anything. "Why?" he asked looking at me. "You want children and I want Children but we can't have them because I-I," I started crying. "I- I can't get pregnant," I said and couldn't do anything about it. "Then let's keep you on this med if that's what you want I'm not going to force you," Jake said pulling me close. "I love you," I said leaning into his touch. "I love you too baby," He siad kissing my head and then Brad found us. "Hey uh Venessa and Oliver are leaving we are ment to say good bye," Brad said before climbing down and going to the house. I climbed down and then we headed up to the house. "Hope you can get pregnant kyleigh kids are amazing but you would know would," She said laughing. "Vanessa that is enough stop patranizing kyleigh because you don't know how to keep your damn legs closed," Jake said and Glenn erupted in anger. I went upstairs and took a shower but kept on hearing yelling and screaming down stairs. It was around 10:00 at night before Jake came into our room. Jake layed down facing away from me. I don't ever push when he is like this so I went to sleep.

I was woken up by the sun shining in my eyes. Jake wasn't in bed but what did I expect he just has a massive fight with his father. I got up and did my morning routine and got into nice jeans and a nice plaid shirt. I went down to the smell of cinnamon rolls and the smell of bacon. I walked into the dinning room to find Jake, Brad and Glenn sitting around it. "Good morning everyone," I said going to go sit next to Jake and then Brad stopped me by sitting there. Okay thats weird I always sit next to Jake. I thought nad then I sat down somewhere else. Cyndy walked in and say next to me witht he breakfast. We ate breakfast in utter silence not even a pep from anyone. After breakfast I went upstairs to read. Jake walked in and he sat at the end of the bed. "Are you going to speak to me yet?" I asked him without looking at him and all I got was silence and he got up and walked to our shared bathroom here. What did I do wrong? I could figure out what was wrong so I went to the next best person his mother. I walked down to the kitchen and saw her baking. "Oh hello," His mother said with a smile that then turned into a frown when she saw something was bothering me. "What is the matter darling?" she asked offering me a cookie. "What did I do wrong?" I asked while taking the cookie. "What do you mean?" she asked.

"I mean what did I do wrong with Jake he has not spoken to me since last night,"

"Oh honey you didnt do anything wrong its just Jake and his father are very different in world views. When jake was young he would ignore everybody for atleast two day,"

"Oh"

To be honest that didn't help Jake was someone I needed to talk to me. He saved me at the worst point in my life. I nodded and walked up stairs to our bathroom and opened the door and striped and got into the shower with him. I wrapped my arms around his torso to just comfort him. He turned in my arms and held me aswell. "I'm sorry," I said because I was I didn't know how to help the person I love. "Don't be sorry baby," he said while he kissed my head. "You couldn't have done anything to make me like this," He said kissing my head again. "I love you so much Jake 'Hangman' Seresin," I said while holding onto him. "I love you too Kyleigh 'Hawk' Bradshaw," He said in return.
