It was just a dream-- Maverick

I was asleep next to my husband when I heard little pitter patters coming from the hallway. Our bedroom door opened a little and I saw a small figure in the door frame. I opened my eyes a little and my daughter came over with her teddy bear. "mama?" my daughter asked in a whisper. I heard her sniffle and I knew she had a nightmare. "Come here," I said and she climbed in bed and my husband was accidentally woken up. "Baby whats going on?" he asked half asleep. "Sasha had a bad dream so she is sleeping in here," I said moving my daughter to the middle and falling back to sleep until I felt her shaking in her sleep around 4 am and then I heard my husband comforting her. "Its okay it was just a dream mommy and daddy are right here we aren't going anywhere," he said nad then I heard soft snores in about ten minutes from my daughter.
