It's Been a Long, Long Time is an old song released in 1945 that was a hit in those war times. The lyrics celebrate the reunion of two lovers who have been separated. It also appears in Avengers films.
Tae expected the dance to be romantic but that was Jeon's order so the exes end up soft roasting each other.
I'm a Marvel fan here (since my childhood was Spidey fan) I wanted to mention my other favorite heroes. I love bringing real life stuff to an AU too make it more relatable for readers. If some of you are not familiar with Marvel comics and films, Captain America is a superhero who was frozen in Arctic ice for 70 years and then was revived, while Doctor Strange was a surgeon who became a sorcerer, and he can see the future!
So Taehyung is being sarcastic that Jeongguk behaved like he was frozen because they didn't talk for 3 years, while the other hints that Taehyung was afraid of his family's negative opinion if they find out about his sexuality like 'yeah, you see and know everything' ahead. In the background, the song that plays speaks the music of their hearts.
