I woke up the next morning to the feeling of someone's arms wrapping around me. I was pulled into them and I breathed in a familiar scent.
"Did I wake you up?" Heeseung whispered, it seemed to be quite early since it was still dark out.
"Yeah, it's fine." I whisper back.
"Go back to sleep baby." He says before I feel him place a kiss on the back of my head. I then shut my eyes and fall asleep, not having been fully awake anyways.

When I actually woke up, Heeseung was still sleeping and since he worked late I did my best to stay quite and not wake him as I walked out of the room and slowly shut the door. I had my phone in my hand as I sat on the couch.
I scrolled through Instagram for a while before I heard the bedroom door open. I looked over and watch as Heeseung walked into the bathroom and shut the door. I stare down at my phone screen that I had turned off and just thought. Was it weird that I was considering wether I told Heeseung about the incident with that man yesterday? I wondered if he would tell me it was my fault?
The bathroom door opened and Heeseung walked over to the kitchen, going into the fridge and taking out a bottle of water. I watched as he opened the cap and drank from the bottle. He then stopped drinking and looked at me.
"How was yesterday? What'd you do for dinner?" Heeseung asked.
"Um I went out- went to Itaewon and got some hotpot." I responded and he nodded.
"Was it good?" He asked.
"The food was good yeah." I simply responded and his smile dropped.
"What happened?" He asked and I just looked at him, confused on how he could tell something was wrong. Heeseung walked over to me and sat next to me, placing his hand on my thigh.
"Um, I was just walking around. I thought I'd be fine since there was a lot of people around but this guy started to follow me. Um, and then I went to somewhere even more crowded, hoping to lose him there I guess, and he cornered me into an alley. And then he tried to do stuff but I kicked him in the nuts. I had pepper spray in my bag so I tried to take it but it was hard to get out and he got up and like, touched me, like touched my boobs. I got the pepper spray out though and sprayed him and ran off." I tell Heeseung. I can see his jaw clench like it usually did when he got mad and his grip on my thigh tightened.
"Lili, are you alright?" He asked, concern laced in his tone.
"I'm fine I guess." I say.
"What did this asshole look like?" He asked.
"I don't fucking know. He looked Korean? I don't know." I say I then force myself to think. "Actually um he had like blonde hair, like bleached blonde hair, and he had a piercing on his lip and I saw he had this one tattoo on the front of his neck. It was like a dragon type of thing." I tell Heeseung, scared on what he'd do with this information.
Heeseung didn't say anything at first, he just leaned in and pressed his lips to mine. He kissed me passionately before he pulled away and sighed. "I'll be right back sweetheart." He says and I watch as he gets up from the couch.
"What are you gonna do?" I ask.
"Don't worry about it love." He says as he caresses my face before walking to the room and shutting the door. I contemplate going up to the door and listening in but I hold back.
I sit on the couch and just wait. The bedroom door then finally opens after a while and Heeseung is now dressed. "I'm gonna have some of my people come over, I'm gonna go out with them." He tells me.
"Okay." I say. "I'm gonna get dressed." I say.
"That's fine, but Lili, when I'm out today, I want you to stay home, okay?" He asks and I just nod before heading to the room.

I sit on the couch, smoking a cigarette as I watch TV when there is a loud knock at the door. I jump a little and look over at Heeseung who is at the small breakfast table he had for a dining table. He gets up and messes up my hair with his hand playfully on his way to the door.
I watch as he opens up the door and reveals some men who all walk inside. They look at me and bow politely and so I stand up and do the same. I then sit back down and take another drag of my cigarette.
"This is Lili?" One of them asks and I nod in response for Heeseung.
"Lili, this is Jake," He points to the one who just spoke, "and this is Sunghoon." He then points to the other one that had their hair dyed blonde.
"Nice to meet you." I say.
"You too." Sunghoon speaks. "You ready Heeseung?" Sunghoon asks and Heeseung nods. I watch as he slides his sneakers on. He then tells the others to wait outside for him and he closes the door behind him. Heeseung then walks over to me and passionately kisses me, pushing me down so that I was laying down on the couch. He makes out with me for not too long before he pulls away.
"Hee-" I speak.
"I'll see you. But seriously, stay here. And lock the door behind me please baby." He says, pulling me up and walking out of the apartment, shutting the door behind him. I get up and lock the door behind him.
